My hands shook. I felt like I was losing control of my body. Think. Think. Think! If there was a chance I fixed my own arm I could fix this. But I didn't know how. My eyes closed tightly. Sam's voice faded from the room. The room felt like it faded as well. A warmth emanated from my body. The feeling was hard to explain. I had no control of what was happening. I just knew no matter what it took I had to help him. My existence felt like it was on another plane, like I wasn't still in that motel room. The warmth around me faded. Someone called my name. My head snapped out of the daze I was in. The motel room surrounded me once more. Sam was staring at me like I had done something crazy. My eyes blinked a few times. His mouth moved. The words were slow reaching my ears, they echoed around my head. My eyes closed, a voice calling my name was the last thing I remember.
Sam watched in disbelief. Had he not been around this stuff all his life he wouldn't believe what he saw. She had been in tears and pleading for him to stay with her. He was waiting for Cas to answer. Sam turned his back for a moment. An odd light reflected in the window he looked out. He turned around to see her speaking quietly, calmly, as a light emanated from her hands. They dropped to her side after the light disappeared."Hello?" Cas asked through the phone.
"Cas, can you get here?" Sam asked.
"What is it?" he appeared next to Sam.
"____, are you okay?" Sam dropped the phone heading towards her.
Her eyes rolled back, she fell onto the ground. Sam directed Cas to check on Dean. He walked over seeing nothing wrong with him.
"He's asleep, Sam, why do you need me to check on him?"
"What do you mean?"
"There is nothing wrong with him," Cas reiterated.
"So she did it?" Sam stood up and looked at his sleeping brother. There was no cut, the color returned to his face.
"Did ____ do this?"
"I think so. She just, there was a weird light and she collapsed when you got here."
"Interesting. A normal human wouldn't be able to do that level of healing."
Dean woke to Cas poking his neck. He smacked Cas' hand away and shot up. The angel stood tall.
"Personal space, Cas," Dean growled, "what are you doing anyway?"
"How are you feeling?" Sam asked.
Dean immediately grabbed his neck. There was nothing wrong with him. He jumped up and looked in a mirror. The cut was gone. His eyes shifted to Sam picking the girl off the ground.
"What happened?" Dean asked.
"The werewolf got you. She shot it and then we got back here. I think you lost consciousness, and then..."
Dean raised an eyebrow hoping his brother would continue. Sam shook his head. He explained that he called Cas. For one second he turned his back. Then there was a light. She didn't stay together too much longer after that.
"So, she is a witch?" Dean asked.
"I'm not sure. I told you what I saw," Sam answered.
Dean looked on the bed seeing the small container of her salve. He picked it up and looked at it. Maybe that stinky crap actually worked.
"She seems fine. Just exhausted," Cas said, "she will come to after getting some rest."
"I'll keep an eye on her," Dean said.
