'Im a nobody but I can be pretty.' Camila thought to herself.

She and her best friend Lauren went to school together as Camila felt ashame for not telling her best friend that she talked to her ex.She shook all those thoughts and checked her phone.

She didnt recieved any text until it buzzed.

ShawnMendes-Hey where are you I really wanna meet you 😕

camilacabello97-Oh yeah anyways why?😏

ShawnMendes-I wanna see you.Thats it.

camilacabello97-Right meet you at the garden in 20.

"Mila who was it?" Lauren asked Camila,"Uhh uh it was my uh mom." She stated,lied.

Lauren spoke to Camila."What made you wear those clothes.People stares at you so hard like damn." and Camila laughed."Right see you around babyy." Lauren said and hugged her then left.

Three girls were shouting Shawn's name and confusion filled Camila's head until someome pulled her from the back.

"Ugh Shawn you scared me!" Camila said as she playfuly punched Shawn's arms."Hey beautiful." He said "What the hell?!"

"Sorry but honestly your really hot" Shawn said "Thanks." She said "Screw school come with me." Shawn said

They are at Shawn's car when Shawn spoke "Im taking you out."

"WHAT?!" Camila said "Yeah so we could get to know each other." He said and Camila sighed.

Shawn and Camila went to a lonely park and sat on a bench with dead leaves around and on top of the bench.

"What made you bring me here?" Camila asked as she looked down."I wanna think and clear my mind a bit." Shawn said "Okay.First of all,we arent friends and if you wanna think you shouldve came alone.Second of all,your excused is for us to get to know each other.How can I fucking know you when you're gonna stare at the dead leaves on the ground." Camila said.

"I brought you here not just because I wanna clear my mind but because I want you to know not everybody like me is a complete jerk." Shawn said and Camila looked at him."What do you mean?" Camila asked "When I was young,my father and I used to come here every other day.He used to play with me and eat ice cream with me.I remembered telling him "dad I wanna make friends and be popular someday" and he always told me I can and I will.But a day came he said he would work but he never came back,I have to stand on my own to feet remembering my goal and remembering my father's words saying I can and I will.And so I did" Shawn looked at Camila.

'I never thought a guy like him could be so emotional' Camila thought.

"Lets eat.Subway?Starbucks?Its up to you." Shawn smiled.

After a small talk,Camila started to think how much pain this guy went through.She knew Shawn had a reason for his words and action,she knew she felt good listening to his stories and seeing his smile with no hurt and sadness.
