Mackenzie pov
Sweat trickles down my forehead. I debate whether I should wipe it off. I don't have the time. One hand deathly clutches my phone, hoping not to drop it as I run carelessly through the streets of Amsterdam.
Oh Mackenzie, when will you stop copying Maddie?
I wish. I wish I was my sister right now. She has a perfect life. She's living her dreams.
My sister, Maddie, is in Amsterdam right now filming her new movie. It's the second movie of The Fault in our Stars. There is a scene in the movie where Maddie and her Co-star and running through the streets in Amsterdam. I don't know why, the script is very exclusive.
Maddie plays the lead character, while, of course, her love interest is played by her crush in real life, Josh Hyland. Why does everything happen in her favor?
However, my situation is different.
I lay in the bathtub. Hot water piercing my skin. The hot water makes my body temperature rise, causing sweat to trickle down my forehead. I don't have time to wipe it off, because my hand is tightly squeezing my phone as I play subway surfers. The location for this month is Amsterdam. Basically I'm doing what Maddie is doing, but in a much less glamorous way.
Maybe my situation isn't too bad, I mean, at least I'm not Chloe.
Chloe is kinda like me. She's compared to Maddie as well, because she's the second best dancer at the ALDC. She also has a crush on Josh Hyland, who Maddie is probably making out with on set. She's probably crying, wondering why she didn't get the lead role, or the boy.
Everyone on our dance competition team tried out for the part, but we all knew it was going to one of the tall, skinny girls on our team. That meant Maddie, Chloe, Paige, or Kendall.
But of course Maddie got the role.

First Place
Favorite Dancer
Cutest Boyfriend
Hottest Girl at School
Favorite Child
....
I would go on, but the list would go on forever.
Maybe one day one of those roles would be mine.
