As Jake stood in Felwinter Peak looking out over the edge of the mountains at the cosmodrome he couldn't help but feel joy as his new friends supported him in his journey. His biggest supporter happened to be an Awoken hunter, and his most precious gem, or should he say a precious Star. Star is an awoken hunter that Jake happened to fall in love with during the era of The Taken King. Their relationship was awkward at times, especially since he was an Exo, a robot, and she was a humanoid alien girl. Jake took a deep breath in and out and smiled. His helmet rested against his side as his left arm held it there while on his back rested his most prized weapon, a gift from Lord Saladin which was called, The Young Wolf's Howl. A beautiful blade that symbolized his true nature as an Iron Lord. A gentle hand touched Jake's shoulder which made him turn his head to see who touched him but of course he was only happy to see the beautiful smiling face of Star. "The war is almost over Jake. You need to relax every once in a while you know." Star said softly, gently hugging his right arm and leaning against him with her head on his right shoulder. Jake smiled and he nodded, turning back to the beautiful view of the snowy mountains. "Don't worry Star, once we truly destroy SIVA I swear to you that I won't fight anymore and It'll finally be just you and I and our home." He said with a smile. Star sighed softly and she closed her eyes. "Even if we do kill SIVA that won't stop the Vex, Cabal, other Fallen, or Hive. It'll stop the SIVA fallen but the others will keep coming Jake, this war for humanity is never going to end." She got quiet after saying this. Jake frowned and sighed. "I understand how you are feeling but we can't stop trying Star. If this war didn't start I wouldn't have even been created in the first place so at least that's a thing right?" He asked. Star nodded and kissed his metal cheek. "Yes." She simply replied.

Atro, a human Warlock and another one of Jake's close friends and occasional partners, watched from a distance like she did sometimes when she'd find them together. Atro frowned softly and then put her helmet on to hide her disappointment as she walked away quickly.
