This small town just doesn't do it for me. These people just walk around, never thinking of any other object or human being than themselves. The ignorance they carry. The thoughtlessness. I guess I see what others don't, I find beauty in little things that wouldn't catch any others eye. Like a water droplet dripping down a snowflake covered icicle during an fiery sunset. That is beautiful to me. But these people. Each and every one of them tries to be perfect, but when will they realize it just won't happen. Why don't people realize that you just have to live. Live for anything that makes you happy.

My name is Jane, and I guess you could say I'm different.

"Hey Jessica is it?" A curly dark haired boy asks me. Seriously I don't want to deal with another ignorant person. Not today.

"It's Jane actually" I say fake smiling, I hope he knows it's fake. I've never seen this boy around school, which is strange because I have never moved and my school is very small.

"Oh sorry about that, well atleast I got the J part right" he says and I think he has an accent. But that can't be no one from a different country would want to move here.

"Yea you got the J" I lightly laugh. "Are you new here?" I ask without realizing.

"Well not really, I've lived here for half a year but I was homeschooled until now." He says and I wonder why he would decide to physically come here.

"So what's your name, and how did you know my name...well the J part?" I stutter. Wait, why am I stuttering he's just another ignorant teenager. No matter how attractive he is. I will not fall under his spell whether it be intended or not.

"My names Harry, and I saw your necklace that had a J on it and guessed the most common name." He says. I forgot I was wearing that necklace, but glancing down I realized I was wearing the bracelet that came with it.

"Oh, well I would think you're clever but I don't because if you looked at my wrist there's a bracelet that says Jane in bold letters." He glances at it and shakes his head shyly. I can't deny that this boy is really cute.

"I have to go but I'll see you around okay Jessica." He winks and turns around.

Wow how sly. I roll my eyes and proceed to walk to my next class, English, the last class of the day, and also perhaps my favorite. Mr. Wellington passes out our journals and tells us to begin. Everyone else in my class groans, I roll my eyes, this is the funnest thing we do in school but they're all too caught up in their social lives to appreciate it. Typical. I drop my pencil and as I lean to pick it up someone else does..the curly haired boy who I met before.

"Here you go, miss Jane" he says with a wink.

"Thank you, Harry, Mr. Harry" I reply rolling my eyes.

"Hey don't mention it, anyways I was thinking maybe later we could.."

Mr. Wellington interrupts Harry "care to share?"

"No, sorry sir" I reply. I'd like to stay on his good side. I turn around and proceed writing. After what seems like a few seconds, the bell rings dismissing us to finally leave this place for the weekend.

What a day, endless lectures, obnoxious people, but at least I've got a nice walk home. As I walk thoughts of the curly haired boy enter my mind, I didn't know what to think about him he seemed different, like he wasn't 100% careless. And I couldn't deny that I found him very attractive but I'd like to dismiss that from my mind as of now but I do have a feeling he might grow on me.
