*Authors Note- This is for people who have anxiety and panic attacks like I do I am going to put how I feel about me having it and what I do. I am also going to put facts in here about anxiety and depression and also what I know about it. If u have any questions or wanting to talk about if u have it or not let me know. I also can help u if u are nervous about telling your mom or dad about it :) I am here for u if u need me.

*My feelings and what I do

I started feeling like I had depression, anxiety, and panic attacks at the beginning of the school year in August. So for me that would almost be a whole semester for me.

I feel claustrophobic, and I can't stand big crowds I freak out. When I have a panic attack I usually feel like I can't breathe, or I am going to pass out. I go to a psychiatrist for my depression, and anxiety, and panic attacks. It was really hard to tell my mom about my depression and anxiety, I told her that I thought that I had depression and anxiety. She kinda figured it out because of the way I was acting. So I went to the doctor got on some meds, and started going to a psychiatrist and I have 3 upcoming appointments which I will talk about in this story. I went to one not to long ago and we talked and the next thing I am going to do is some techniques for my worrying.
