Three men sat in the waiting room. Anxious for their nine month pregnant wives. They hadn't been able to see them come in though, and the nurses wouldn't let them see there wives in the hour of birth. After months of being away on a "business trip" they wanted to see the ones that loved them.

But being like their other children, they couldn't sit still. One was making the light bulbs glow so bright it was as if you looked at the sun. One was making the shadows write possible names for his new child. And one was making the water turn blue, to pink, and then back to blue wondering what it would be.

"Zeus, will you give it a rest! Your waking the baby!" Said Zeus's motral wife, Sarah. She was walking towards him with a playful smile playing on her delicate face. In her arms was their new daughter. She was beautiful.

"What's her name?" The man in a pure black outfit asked.

"Meridith, Meridith Ann Summers." Replied her mother.

"I thought I saw the shadows dart out when I came." Laughed a woman who was holding a newly born child. It was wrapped in a blue blanket.

"Sheila! What are you doing up! You just gave birth!" Asked the man very worriedly.

"Hades, if she can get up so can I!" Sheila replied stubbornly.

"If they jumped off a bridge would you?" he asked slyly as if knowing the answer.

"Knowing the outcome was being with you more, then yes." She replied. The other man tried hard not to laugh out loud. The two new mothers glared daggers at him. He flinched.

"Where is Kristina?" He asked. The two woman glanced at each other with one fearful look in their eyes.

"What? What happened!" He asked while starting to panic.

"Poseidon, brother calm down." Said Zeus calmly.

"No, where is my wife and child?!" He snapped at Zeus.

"Poseidon?" a woman asked.

"Maggie? What are you doing here?" Poseidon asked.

"Well, I just gave birth." She said gesturing to the pink bundle in her arms.

"Oh, have you seen Kristina?" He said barely noticing his new niece.

"No, but she did tell me to give you this," Maggie said trying to hand him a envelope. Before she could though, he had snatched it away and was already reading it. His face paled, tears filled his eyes and all of the water in the building was gone.

It started to rain softly. Kristina smiled softly. She knew why, it was her revenge for having a lousy, immortal, no good husband. She had signed the papers before the birth of her now sleeping daughter and gave them to her sister. Then came the wretched child. She had planned to keep it, but it had her father's hair, eyes, and the smell of the sea. She couldn't have a child to remind her of the mistake of a husband. The rain had started to fall harder now, she knew where the orphanage was though. She had volunteered for five years in her teenage years. The baby had started to cry, it's little fists waving in the air. Kristina turn up the volume on the radio and kept driving. The water on the road became still, as is trying to detect her. And it was, she sure was she about it.

She parked the car and got the now screeching child from the passenger seat. She opened the passenger door ever so slightly to open the umbrella. When she had finally managed to so she prepared herself to jump.

"Ready?" She whispered to the child. It just gripped her finger in response. Kristina then jumped to the fire hydrant that was close to her and the door of the and into the dry area of the door. She laid down her child on the steps and place the birth certificate on it. She rang the door bell  and ran to her car not caring that the still water was shaking.

The door opened, "Who's-" a woman looked down and gasped.

"Well looks like you are just to precious!! What's this?" The woman said talking to the child.

"Well, well, well. Looks like you were just born Megan Lost."
