(Brad's POV)
'I'm excited to finally meet Vero in person, and we're going on a date' I thought to myself as I waited for Vero at the airport (Sean and Elliot arranged it so I had to pick her up). I decided to play a little prank on Vero and put on my cardboard box with a picture of bastion on it and sit on the floor by a pillar. I waited for about 10 minutes when I heard a familiar voice saying, "really Brad?" I stood up about to take the box off so I could see where Vero was as I forgot to cut out eye holes when I felt the box being lifted off my head and saw Vero right in front of me. I reached into my back pocket and unfolded my Mcree hat and said, "M'lady." Vero burst out laughing at my antic and get a bit of pay back by coming closer to me and whispering in my ear "Ah yes Brady-chan, put your revolver in me and shoot all your shots" in her hentai voice. A shiver crawled down my back.
After greeting each other we started make our way to the baggage claim to pick up her stuff and take it to my car. Since she didn't have any relatives here in Australia I asked her if she wanted to stay with him since he has an extra room at his house, as soon as I asked her I could feel my face turn into a light shade of red, I looked over at her and I could see her face was probably as red as my own. I was worried that she would decline and would think of me as a bit weird, however she accepted my offer. The rest of the way we sat in awkward silence.
NOTE: This is my first fanfic it's obviously going to be shit, but please give me some criticism in the comments and some suggestions for future chapters. Also i couldn't find any good images for the cover of this chapter so I left it blank.
