One windy morning, I saw a girl under the shade of a mango tree. She was wearing short white dress and a pair of sneakers (weird combination isn't it?) I could tell by the way she's shaking that she had been crying. So I approached her.
"Uhm, hello? Are you crying? May I know your name?" I said. She wiped her eyes, smiled and said, "A-ah, hi! I wasn't crying. Right, I'm Calypso, what's your name?"
"A-a-ah. . ." was all I could say. She was, let's say--astonishing, who am I kidding? She was BEAUTIFUL!
"A-a-ah? That's your name? Hello A-a-ah!" and then she laughed. Oh gosh she's CUTE!
"Sorry, by the way, I'm Leo. Nice to meet you. So why were you crying?" I asked. Her smile faded away when I asked her that question. Seconds later, she lifted her head up then smiled.
"Oh that? That was nothing, I just had a speck of dust in my eye." she said, while trying to keep her smile intact. I saw that she was trying so hard to smile so I avoided the topic.
The time went on flowing and so was our conversation, but like all stories, it had to end.
I saw that it was already night time, so I offered to walk her home but she declined. Having heard that, I said goodbye and started to walk away. But she stopped me halfway, she held my hand and said, "Today was fun, its sad that it had to end."
"I agree. Why don't I walk you-" WOAH! What's she doing? She pulled me closer to her face up to the point where the only things that was keeping my lips from touching hers were my nose and hers. And then a completely unexpected thing happened.
