I stood in front of my mirror and stared at myself. I had on a tight black v neck, khakis shorts and my Converses. I pulled my hair in a high ponytail then put on my scarf. I didn't have no school supplies but i grabbed my rose gold iPhone and slid it in my pocket. I turned the light off before leaving the room. I quietly left the house and started walking to school. I looked around as i walked to get a feel of the area and took in my surroundings. I was crossing the street when a car tried to turn. I moved out the way fast. "Watch it bitch" i hissed at them then walked away. I felt all eyes on me as i walked in a straight line. "Her extensions wack." a girl says with disgust and I turmed. "Bitch why don't you say that to my face?" i challenged her infront of a car full of people as i can tell. She started to get out the car but a girl grabbed her arm. "You're always starting something you stupid bitch." the girl says then shoving her out the car then getting out. She was pretty with long purple hair, greenish eyes and a nose piercing. She had on white pants, red and white jersey open shoving a red crop top with red and white Jordan's. She approached me with a smirk. "The names Lace" she says and I nod. "Santiago" Lace nods and I turned. "Gotta go" i say then begin to walk again. "I'll walk with you" Lace says and I shrugged. Lace walked next to me and we was quiet. "So why you move here?" Lace asked and I pull out my phone. "Trouble always finds me so we moved here" i tell her and she nods. "Me and my family too but we are staying here." Lace says and i nodded. "Where you going?" Lace asked me and I pointed to the building in front of us. "How old are you?" Lace asked me and I thought for a minute. "Nineteen" i told her and she nods. "You failed?" Lace asked and I shook my head no. "I don't stay in one place too long" Lace and i go into silence as we walked up the steps of the school. Everyone was staring at me but i done this many times that i got used to it the first time. I walked in the building as if i owned it and i know everyone seen my confidence. They was shocked by it but i wasn't normal for shit. I sent a smirk at a group of boy that i walked past. Lace helped me to the office where i got my schedule, locker number and code. Lace helped me find my locker and i unlocked it. 12-26-5 was my code and my locker had everything i needed. Lace had my schedule my my first two classes was Algebra 1 then History. I grabbed two notebooks, a pen and mechanical pencil. I shut my locker then me and Lace walked to my first class of the day. I walked in and all eyes was on me but i could careless. I took a seat in the back and Lace sat next to me. I leaned back in my chair as i watched the teacher. "Santiago Bank?" the teacher asked and I raise up one finger. "Im Mr Bell and can you tell us about yourself?" Mr Bell says "I wont be here long" i say and they stare at me when i lean in my chair. The door opened and everyone's attention went to the door but me and an amazing smell found me. Mango and like a woods smell mixed with cologne. "Landan, Chase, Thomas and Jessica why are you late?" Mr Ball asked and they just stared at him "We hit a cow" The guy with hazel eyes says and i busted out laughing. "A cow really" i said each word between laughs. "Oh man y'all stupider than y'all look" i say smirking and Jessica growled at me. "Your extension's need to be redone" Jessica hissed and i rolled my eyes. "What extensions any smart person can tell this all mine" i say flipping my hair. "Chase go take a seat" Mr Bell says and the hazel eye guy sat in front of me. "Why are y'all late?" Mr Bell asked seriously and they shrugged. "Chase told you." A guy with bluish greenish eyes says and man they were sexy. "Landon we all know thats bullshit" Lace says and Landon turned to her. "Lacey shut up" Landon hissed at her. "You shut up the fuck. Y'all to stupid to come up with a smart lie like y'all got a flat tire or something." i say and Lace high fived me. "Bitch" Jessica says storming back towards us and i smirked. "Woah" Lace mumbled next to me but i kept my eyes on the bitch in front of me. "Stay in yo place bitch" Jessica hissed and i just stood there. "Silent?" Jessica asked and I nodded. "Cause you all talk" i say before i punched her and she fell backwards hitting desks. I grabbed her head and slammed it on my knee. I was thrown away from her and hit a wall hard. A girl helped Jessica up as a guy stood in front of me. But before he did anything a growl stopped him. I stood up and sent a kick to his face which sent him flying back about 10 feet. I blinked the angry tears away then stormed out the classroom and slammed my fist into a locker. I angrily wiped my face as i headed towards the entrance. I pulled out my phone and called Ja'Marco.
"Hey sexy" Ja'Marco answers
"Not the time dickhead" i hissed
"What's happen?" Ja'Marco asked
"I got into a fight with a boy and a girl."
"Damn already? School just started" Ja'Marco says and i laughed.
"Yea i know but the bitch kept trying me"
"I wish i was there right hand" Ja'Marco says and i smiled
"Me too now hows my left hand, best friend, and hooper?"
"Keith is suspended for destroying Mr Smith's classroom, Daniella has a month worth of detention for cussing out all her teachers and beating up Trinity. You know cause her mom works on the board. Landon is the only one behaving and learning. He's going somewhere." Ja'Marco filled me in on what's happening over there as i sat on a bench in a park. We hung up cause he had to get back to school so i sat on a swing. I swung back and forth for a while then i heard movement. I sat still as they got closer while i waited. They was a few feet away so i stood up and turned around. There stood a big maroon wolf with bluish greenish eyes. I took a step back and i knew my face held confusion. I turned and took off towards my house. I head the wolf behind me as i tried to run. Key word tried cause i was tackled by the beast and a scream came out my mouth then a grunt. I landed horribly and my body hurt. The wolf growled at me as it stood over me and i looked for my phone. I pulled it out my pocket and dialed 911 cause it was the quickest number.
"911 what's your emergency?" i took a deep breath and pulled the phone closer to me. The wolf growled and i screamed. I was scared and i didn't know what to do.
"Are you okay? What was that?" the operator asked quickly. She sounded like she was panicing.
"It's a wolf and i don't know where i am. Im at some type of park close to Woodward HighSchool." i yelled and i heard the lady talking in the background. I pulled up the camera app and snapped a picture of the wolf. I took a deep breath and looked at the beast. I headbutted it in it's snout then shoved it with all my might. The wolf tumbled off of me and i quickly stood up. I took a picture of the wolf fully then ran again. I saw a tree and climbed it.
"Are you okay?" the operator asked
"Yea I'm fine" i say breathing heavily and i almost fell out the tree when something smashed into it. I held tight to my phone and the tree. I closed my eyes as the smashing kept going on. Once the smashing stopped i opened my eyes and looked down. Nothing was there and i took a deep breath. I slid my phone in my pocket then jumped out of the tree. I landed a little shaky but got my balance and looked around. Landon came running towards me and i put my hands up to stop him. "Stay away from me" i yelled at him just as i heard sirens and took off running towards the noise. I bumped into someone and i fell. "Get an ambulance" i heard a lady yell and i closed my eyes. I groaned and my teeth clenched. "Ma'am are you okay?" The lady asked and I shook my head. "My mom's Samantha Miller. She's the new doctor. I need her now." i told her tighting my eyes. "The ambulance is on it's way" She said and I groaned again. "It's too much to handle" i told her then i felt pressure on my chest and i began to cough. I felt myself get lifted but couldn't open my eyes and then my mind went blank.
