Scatter was an 5 moon old kittypet. He would always stare out the window to see this gray kitten, the same age as him, wondering around his backyard. One day, Scatters twoleg put him outside. His mother, Cinnamon, not far behind. Scatter had luck, the kit was out at the same time. He was stumbling and had a hard time walking. Scatter got closer and saw a black chain around his two front paws with a blinking red light. Scatter got closer but when the kit saw him, he tried to run away. But instead he fell on his face. "It's okay kit, you don't have to be afraid." Scattered mewed. "But I don't know what you'll do to me." The kit replied. Cinnamon padded over. She put Scatter behind her and growled at the kit. He tried to run again but fell. She picked him up and told him she was going to swing him across this territory if he comes back. Scatters eyes widen. "NO MOTHER HES MY FRIEND!" Cinnamon dropped the kit. "Scatter, we don't make friends with wild cats!" Scatter protested. "He might not be a wild cat, maybe he's a kittypet kit. He doesn't have a collar. So do I." She looked a her son. "My would Blast have been proud of you. Your a protester." The kit stood up and mewed, " I know a Blast. He's orange and brown." Cinnamon brightened up. "Yes, you saw my sons father. Where is he." The kit was confused. WAsn't she just angry at him? "He is in this clan called BloodClan." Scatter looked at him. "And where are you from?" The kit whimpered." I don't want to tell." Cinnamon and Scatter looked at each. "Your from BloodClan." The kit looked up. "I'm going to be. I ran away from my home, which........ er..... was ThunderClan."
Cinnamon hissed,"So you are a wild cat!" Scatter jumped to avoid his mothers claw swing she gave the kit. It barely missed him. "I'll tell you about my self." Scatter nodded and turned to Cinnamon. She sighed and nodded. "Okay before I start, my name is Jaykit."
