The sun rises the sun sets
A random feeling comes off of your chest
It was happy, then it was sad
It was nervous, then it was mad
Emotions surrounding your mind like a hurricane
Sometimes you can't take the pain
But then you find your middle ground
It is better than it sounds
It's the feeling of no emotion
No happy fun times or crippling comotion
Just still and tame
Calm and sane
Peaceful and luxurious
Then everything started to look more obvious

I know it sucks don't judge me.

Idk if anyone will read this but I'll try and post one poem everyday. This book is my way of therapy so don't judge me or think that I'm sad all the time. I just want to open up on the things I've been keeping in for so long thats all.
