There is a legend among the members of the Cult.
This legend is one that tells the story of a blue-eyed girl born to the Clan, a tribe of brown-eyed men and women. Blue eyes were a curse, and every child born with blue eyes was killed within hours.
But not this child.
This child, the blue-eyed girl, lived long ago. This child lived a long life. But it was a life that wreaked havoc among the members of the Cult.
She destroyed their villages, their way of life.
The Cult almost disappeared entirely, due to the child's actions.
They captured her, and killed her.
Because the only way she had succeeded was through her Gift.
Her Gift was Foresight.
The Gift of Foresight was only given to blue-eyed children on their sixteenth birthday.
When the child received her Gift, she turned to the Rogues for assistance.
But there was something worse.
She became a Rogue, and then turned them against her own people, beginning the war that is still fought between the Rogues and the Clan.
