You may be a little confused as to why the name was such a big deal.
Kayla Meyers has a brother who did something pretty bad to my sister. Ever since that, our family has hated theirs. Kayla was a little mean to me when we younger, thinking my sister was taking her brother away. So she took the jealously out on me. Right now, I was trying to pay attention to what the English teacher was saying, but just couldn't. Hearing the name Meyers made the worst memories come back. I only came back to the actual class when the door opens. I turn my eyes, to only see the back of a blonde with demin short shorts and a tight blue crop top. "Hi, I'm sorry I'm late. I got lost and I'm new." "It's fine, I was just to five everyone there assigned seats anyways, Ms. Meyers? Am I correct?" Mrs. Wood says. Does this mean... I stop my thoughts as the blond haired girl turns around. Yep, it was her. Marie, Autumn, and Rachel look at me franticly. I just give them a small smile. "Stand Up Class, we have assigned seats." I stand up, grabbing my book bag, and standing up next to the girls. "Are you okay?" Marie asks, knowing that I was one not to lie about things like that. It was serious to know a persons real feeling. I smile, and nod. I was really fine, just shocking. After what happened I never thought the Meyers would step back into this town. "Okay." Rachel says, smiling over to me. People were already sitting until I heard my name. She sat me in the third row, right next to the window, which was one of my favorite places to be sat. "Dana right next to her." She says. I look over to see Dana, kiss Marie on the cheek, and grab his book bag straps. He walks over to me, and sits down. "Hey Princess." He says smirking at me. "You can't call me princess." I say, smirking back at him. He licks his lips and turns when he hears Kayla's name, who got sat down at the desk next to us. "Oh hey Dana, Arizona," She says, winking at Dana. I tense up when she looks over to me, and turn towards the window. "Still holding a grudge, I see." She says, with a laugh in her voice. "Grudges are so uncool." I catch Dana at corner of my eyes, looking back and forth between me, and the devils sister, confused. "So Dana, How have you been?" He clears his throat. "Good," He answers. "Any, Girlfriends?" She says, pausing between any to put her hand on his arm, leaning over. "Yes, I'm dating Ari's best friend, thank you for asking." He says, pushing her hand off him, as I'm turning look back at them. "Oh, Ari, so nice to see you interested in our conversation," Kayla says. "Now stop giving me the cold shoulder and talk." "How is your brother?" I ask, calmly. "He's doing great, he has a new girlfriend, she is really pretty, and sweet," She says. "How is your sister?" "I think you know." I snap turning back towards the window. "Oops, pulled a string, didn't I?" She asks aloud. She really just did that, knowing her brother hurt my sister. Not physically but emotionally. He messed her up emotionally. I raise my hand, knowing I would snap at her if I didn't get out. "Yes, Ms. Naveen?" "Can I use the bathroom?" I ask, pointing towards the door. "Yes, you can." She answers smiling and then getting back to the seating. I stand up, walking around in front of the desk. "She's going to go cry now," I hear Kayla say lightly to Dana. I bit my lip, keeping in the anger. "Shut Up, Kayla." I hear Dana snap just as I walk out the door. I get a text as I'm walking out, so I take out my phone to look at the text.
BELHENDORK: Play the player games with Dana, I don't want Cole or Marie to get hurt.
That was such a good idea. Playing the player games could be a perfect chance to stop Dana and/or I from breaking peoples hearts. I'm pretty sure I wouldn't have a problem with that, besides the fact that I might possibly get my heart broken. Then again, I don't even know what it feels like to get my heart broken. I get knocked out of my thoughts when a door opens. I snap my head, to see Dana coming out of the room I just came out of. "Great, I needed to talk to you," I say, smiling over to him. "Before you speak, are you okay? I mean, I care about you so- and answer with a real answer, usually gi-" "I'm fine Dana, she just got me really mad. I don't lie about these things. Just ask Marie." I say. "Anyways, I need you to break up with Marie." "You're jealous enough to break your best friends heart." "She get her heart broken if she's isn't in love," I say, and then he smirks. "And I'm not jealous. We are going to play a game, so neither of our friends get hurt." "Hmm. I'm listening," He says, licking his lips. "The player games. We have to date, and whoever falls in love first, loses." He listens, and his eyes light up. "So we can kiss?" "We do whatever couples do," I say. "We start once we break up with Marie and Cole." "Okay. I agree with this, it sounds.... fun," He says, emphasising the word fun. We shake on it, before he heads to the bathroom. "What are you doing?" I ask.
"If we go back to the classroom together, people are going to think we were making out."
-----------------------------
Before lunch could begin, I explained to the girls what was going to happen between Dana and I. Turned out, Marie and Dana made the same deal Cole and I did, which I found quite entertaining, but I didn't tell her about it. Will told me, that Dana group texted them about it, so it was now official that Dana and I were playing the player games. I knew definitely that we were official, at the moment, as to see he came up behind me, hugging me from behind, as I was putting my books away at my locker, before free period. "Hey, Princess." He whispers in my ear, with his chin on my shoulder. I have to admit, even though it was a second time he did it, each time the heat of his breath was pretty comforting. But that's all I'm going to admit at the moment. "Hey, Prince." I say, pushing my book into my locker. He chuckles, kissing my cheek. "I like the sound of that." "Oops, can't use that any more." I tease, pushing him back a little to take his hand. I close my locker, as our fingers intertwine. "We should get to know each other after Detention," Dana suggested, as we walk to free period hand in hand. "That sounds good, I never got to know any of my boyfriends," I say, biting my lip. That was true, I never had a real boyfriend. I never had those weird butterfly feelings that my sister used to dance around in her room telling me about. "Well, I can sorta say the same for me," He replies, rubbing the top of my hand. "I never had a real boyfriend, so I don't know how to do couplely things," I tell him. I sometimes wanted the feelings girls get in books, but I didn't want the hurt that came with it. "Well, luckily I have had a real girlfriend, so I know what to do," He says, smirking to me. "Okay. By the way, I sorta have a make out session with the guy from this morning so..." "You can get the make out session, as long as I get to with another girl." "Of course Prince."
