First Battle

"The first battle of this tournament is Trip vs. Gold. This will be a 3 vs 3 Pokemon battle. The victor will be decided when one trainer's Pokémon are all unable to battle".

"This is going to be so easy I'll wipe the floor with you kid," Trip stated.

"I wouldn't be so sure about that," Gold said.

"Please send out your first Pokemon," The Ref stated raising two flags.

"Frills your up," Said Trip.

"Greninja it's your time to shine," exclaimed Gold.

"So the first battle will be Frillish vs. Greninja," The announcer exclaimed as two portraits of the Pokémon appeared on the scoreboard. The rest of the gang sat there showing no emotion. Ash has trained Bonnie hard sense she got her first pokemon. Serena knew not to give anything away and Clemont knew his sister had this in the bag.

"Greninja lets finish this quickly use Night Slash," Gold exclaimed starting the battle.

Greninja materialized a blade of dark energy and left at Frillish.

"Greninja makes the first move," The announcer stated.

"Frills dodge," Trip exclaimed, but he was too slow and Frillish was hit by the super-effective move.

"Frillish use Energy Ball when you land!" Trip yelled out.

Frillish did as it was told and launched an sphere of condensed grass type energy at Greninja.

"Greninja jump and throw a night slash blade at Frillish," Gold commanded.

Greninja jumped and dodged the Energy Ball and threw a night slash blade at Frillish knocking it out. Serena smiled knowing this was the final blow. Ash was proud and Clemont was thrilled for her.

"Frillish is unable to battle. Gold takes the first win" The referee exclaimed raising a flag to Gold's side.

Trip returned Frillish to its pokeball and said nothing to it.

"Greninja return let everyone else have a chance." Gold said returning Greninja to it's pokeball.

"Who will be the next pokemon to appear for both of our trainers." The announcer said.

"Conkeldurr come on out!" Trip exclaimed.

"Milotic it's your time to shine!" Gold yelled tossing a pokeball in the air.

"The second battle of the first round will be Conkeldurr vs. Milotic!" The announcer yelled pumping the crowd up.

Greninja's portrait turned gray signaling it was switched out and Conkeldurr and Milotic's portraits appeared.

"Conkeldurr run up and use Superpower!" Trip commanded.

Conkeldurr ran at Milotic surrounded in red energy.

"Milotic use Ice Beam on the battlefield and make Conkeldurr fall!" Gold yelled over the roar of the crowd.

Milotic opened it's mouth as a ball of light blue energy formed inside it and aimed at the battlefield and covered it in ice.

Conkeldurr had to stop using Superpower and dodge the Ice Beam so it wouldn't get hit. Conkeldurr slipped and fell right in front of Milotic.

"Conkeldurr get up right now!" Trip yelled

"Milotic smack Conkeldurr back with Aqua Tail!" Gold yelled.

As Conkeldurr was trying to stand with the support of it's pillars Milotic's tail became covered in water and it swung it's body around and smacked Conkeldurr across the ice.
