"We're really proud of you Y/N." said the scientist before injecting a serum in my limp, S/C arm. I knew what was going on, but regular humans wouldn't. I, Y/N L/N am a ex-test subject for "Project: Augment".
"Project: Augment" used orphans at the age of 14 and injected multiple serums, implanted stigmata and used cryostasis on their growing bodies to make them stronger than regular humans and to defeat the titans in a faster and more "effective" way. The project was nothing but a disaster, having most children die from the serums before they could implant stigmata or begin cryostasis.
The goal of the project was supposed to give kids the strength to lift debris, jump very far and to give the kids the power of stigmata: the power of making custom weapons and to use "acceleration" which made them move at the speed of light.
Cryostasis was only used to make the kids' newly implanted stigmata stay in their bodies, and to not mess up anything within their bodies. This caused them to be in an "ice coma" for 2 years which made them age 2 years.
"You're almost ready. Just one more day and then you'll show them the true power of the project." Said a scientist that was leading me to a carriage that would to take me to my new home. My new home within the Scout Regiment.
"I was promised freedom when the stigmata could no longer work. Am I correct?" You asked.
"Of course. But your purpose as a pandora is to serve the Regiment you are sent to." The scientist said before putting on straw hat on top of my H/C locks that went with the white knee length dress I was wearing.
I stepped into the carriage and was ready to leave the dreaded facility near the center of Wall Sina, but I had to wait 5 minutes because the man driving the carriage had to stuff 4 large suitcases into the back of the carriage.
"Farewell!" The scientist said before slamming the carriage door, and the clanking sound of horses' horseshoes on the cobblestone road.
Here I go, going to start a new, controlled part of my life.
