"Hyah!" I shouted. I was practicing fighting with Logan. Logan deflected my jab. I slashed straight at him. He dodged it and he was about to jab me back but I used the winds to push him off balance.

"No Fair!" he said in his whining voice.

Our teacher walked in smiling. He was an older man who looked like he could be a grandparent. He had been alive for 90 years and was in a healthy condition. He had found us about 5 years ago. Ever since we had been training. It was important that he had taken us in because we wouldn't have survived without help.

"Come on Today is the day you get your weapons!" he said happily. We all walked out to where he was standing. Bri and Sammy stood next to Logan and Mason stood next to me.

"I have taken a long time to think about your weapons and for Mason your weapon is a staff." he said. Mason spun the staff around in his hand. He found it easier to use a staff. Somehow he was able to activate it and it became a trident. He had also been training to throw spears and weapons like that. So it would make sense that he would have a spear.

"For Logan your weapon is an energy blaster." he said. Logan looked at it shining in his hands. Logan was not the best for hand to hand combat so this was a good weapon choice for him. He threw it into the air before catching it and loading it up. It looked like it could do some massive damage.

"For Sam your weapon is a bow and the infinite arrows. Each arrow is a different effect," he said. She slung the arrows across her back. She had been pretty good at both close combat and ranged attacks. Her bow had blades built into it in case she had to engage in hand to hand combat.

"For Bri your weapon is a whip," he said. She lashed it out and watched it as it became an electricity whip. The whip glowed with electricity. She had been working with ropes before she had come to train so it seemed fitting that she would use a whip as a weapon. She looked happy that it had electricity.

"Finally for Cody is a fire blade," he said. I looked at the flaming blade. It looked really lethal. I spun it around in my hand. I was happy that I got a weapon that was hand to hand combat. Since my powers could pull in people I could engage in hand to hand combat.

We all thanked him. We practiced using our weapons that day. It was interesting to see all of the hidden secrets of the weapons. Ever since that day we had been training to make sure we were prepared. Since that day we had found out that Mason's weapon could actually detach and became two charged sticks. Everyone's weapons had worked perfectly for them.

Unfortunately we still had school. It was an everyday task. Our parents didn't know about us going to training. Instead they thought we were practicing band. I was quite happy that everything seemed to be okay. That was until we found out about the prophecy.

I opened up my book to page 56. We were reading a history book. I tried my best to be interested in it. All my mind could think of was that I was meeting with a future vision-er. Whoever they were they could see into my future and what will happen. I was excited but nervous. What if something bad was in my future. Our teacher was explaining something about a war. It was the period right before lunch. My friend Samantha sat next to me in every class. She knew about my secret. I knew I could trust her as she and I were best friends. After history class. I met up with Mason.

"How was History?" he asked already knowing my answer.

"Boring as normal," I replied. He laughed a little bit.

"How are my two boyfriends doing?" Sam said as she walked over to us.

"Hey Sam," Mason said smiling. Mason was the grade right above us. Luckily we had the same lunch break. I was able to eat lunch with my friends.
