Greater love has no one than this, that someone lay down his life for his friends.
John 15:13John quoted Yeshua as saying greater love has no one than this that someone lays there life down for his friends.
Yeshua laid down his life for us he died for us for our sins so we may know him and be apart of him to go to heaven and worship the lord. Yeshuas death was the greatest love are we not all brothers and sisters in the messiah? Are we not all amigos? Who were the amigos? His followers and us (those who follow him today)? Are we not all cleansed by his wounds?
Isaiah's prophesy says just that (Isaiah 53),
We are all one in him brothers and sisters, friends even family.
"But Yeshua answered and said to them, "My mother and My brothers are these who hear the word of God and do it.""
Luke 8:21
Friends the problem with the Church and the world is that we lost that family based relationship with other followers of the way, are we not all one messiah Yeshua? The 12 all say each other as brothers did they not, we are to love our brothers with brotherly love are we not?So what was the greatest act of love?
