I stood in the kitchen, pouring a glass of cold raspberry ice tea. It's almost twelve in the afternoon and I just woken up. It is not like I have anything better to do than sleep my Saturdays away.
"Hey," Alex spoke walking into the kitchen.
"Hi?" I said, unsure why he was talking to me. I mean I know brothers and sisters should talk and hang out but not us. That was his choice though.
"You know Zayn Malik, right?" He asked looking over my shoulder.
"Yeah, I do, why?" I asked placing the pitcher of iced tea back into the refrigerator.
"I know you've been hanging around him alot and drinking and going to parties with him-"
"And, what the fuck do you care?" I snapped. He always ignores me but now all the sudden he wants to be all in my business? This is why I couldn't stand him.
"Listen, It's great that you want to make friends and be social but Zayn is bad news. He's dumb and careless, and he will hurt you. Just stay away from him," Alex warned, like he knew everything in the world. Newsflash: he doesn't.
"You don't even know Zayn," I said defensively, my cheeks heating up with fury.
"He already got you drunk, plus he smokes, has tons of tattoos and a criminal record,"
"If your to embarrassed to even acknowledge me in school, don't worry about who my friends are," I yelled. I grabbed my phone and walked out the door, making sure I slammed it.
I already knew Zayn was a bit of a bad boy, I have seen him smoke and drink with his friends. If cigarettes made him dangerous then he wasn't dangerous in my eyes. He was the first person to ever try and hang out with me and I really appreciated that.
I walked out of my apartment building and started making my way down the street. It was a good thing sleep in sweats and tee shirt the night before instead of my unusual embarrassing pajama pants because I would have still been in them.
It was a beautiful day outside and it was nice to stroll around and clear my head. There were not so many people around on weekends so it was quite quiet, too. Even the most popular restaurant next too an alley way that I was coming up upon was not crowded.
"Excuse me," A deep voice said tapping on my shoulder from behind. I turned around, face to face with an unfamilar stranger. He had dark hair and dark eyes but his lip ring was the first thing to catch my eye.
"Yes?" I answered.
"You look very familar," He said, then shouting, "Hey Dereck, doesn't she look every familar,"
I turned around to see who he was talking to and found two guys walking towards me.
"I got it, your the girl whose been hanging around Zayn Malik," He said like a light bulb just went off in his head. The situation was getting very uncomforable for me.
"I went to one party with him-" I tried to explain until both guy's big muscly arms wrapped mine and lifted me.
"Hey, get off of-" One covered my mouth with one of their giant hand. They started carrying me into the alley way. It wasn't that dark since it was day time but was still very frightening. I started to kick and tried wiggling out of their grip. But both guy's strong biceps squeezed harder crushing my petite arms. It was useless.
In the back most part of the alley, they put me down back onto my feet. But they were still covering my mouth and holding me down.
"Alright, listen you can go tell Zayn that unless I get all of my money back by friday, you will be killed," He threatened, "boys show her how serious I am,"
