As hermione instinctively threw her arms around snape the guilt built up in shapes chest, almost as much as the happiness in hermiones. He slowly pulled away "miss.gr- er hermione, we can't...do this." Hermione smile faded "whyever not?" She whispered "am I really that terrible?!" She looked at the floor. Snape he pulled her chin up so she was forced to look at him "hermione listen to me there's not a THING wrong with you, Merlin your perfect with your smooth porcelain skin, and long legs, your hair like Carmel curls flooding down to your shoulders. And your eyes OH MERLIN! Your eyes I could get lost in them they seem to change from a place brown to golden brown to a honey gold to a dark almost black brown with your emotion. Hermione jean granger I could get lost in YOU!" He sighed "but I don't want to hurt you I'd kill muscled if I ever did, I never want to get you interested trouble besides, loving me would only be torture and heartache." Hermione looked into his coal black eyes they seemed to be searching into his soul reading him like she'd read a book. "Severus..." she whispered shaking her head "it would be my privalidge to have my heart broken by you...for years I've admired you, watched you, cried even! When I thought you were going to die that night in the war...I swear I was so distraught I could barley move all I could think of was a world without you and that is NOT a world I want to live in...give it...give me a chance..." she ran her hand down to his shoulder and then down his arm running her thumb soothingly over his hand "please." She whispered her lips almost brushing his. Snape could barley breathe his mind over flooded with happiness and guilt. He slowly leaned foreword and kissed her softer this time taking the honey sweetness to her soft pink lips. Hermione never forgetting how he tasted of dark chocolate, powerful bitter yet sweet..:mysterious. They both wore smiles as they broke the kiss ounce again "alright then..Hermione." He smiled "it's quite late i shall see you tomorrow." He walked her to the door. "Of course Severus." She giggled reaching up on her tiptoes to kiss his cheek "goodnight." She whispered
"Goodnight." He replied as he ran a thumb across her cheek before she turned and skipped away.
