I lugged my trunks down the tall Gryffindor tower and siriously considered popping back into the muggle world to go to the gym. But being out in public, there was no way someone wouldn't catch me.
Going to the muggle world is strictly forbidden in Hogwarts. Something about a fear of rubber ducks...
My mother was a muggle but my father is a wizard. He was in Ravenclaw, and wrote me a huge letter of praise when I told him I was put in Gryfindor. How would he react now?
Hermionie stopped draging her trunk. "This is Hufflepuff, I guess" she said. I let out a small choak. I couldn't believe that me and my best friend would be split up now after six years. That's six years of school, grades, boys.
Hermionie reached out and gave me a huge hug. "It's ok. And it's not like Hufflepuff's aren't allowed to see Slytherins, right?"
I sighed. "I have no idea".
Hermionie turned to leave but stopped suddenly.
"What is it?" I ask.
She looked around. "Where's Ron?"
That's when we both heard the big yell behind us. It happened in slow motion.
Hermionie yelling look out.
Ron barreling down the stairs on his trunk.
Him colliding with my torso.
Me flying into the air.
Falling down the moving stairs.
DRACO'S POV:
I was rushing to the room of requirement when I heard commotion on top of me. I was down at the very bottom on the moving stairs and didn't want to be disrupted. But then I felt very woozy as a figure pushed past me. 'Hey!" I shouted "What the hell?" The figure didn't listen to me. It was like the world was slitting into two.
That's when I heared a sickening crash, and then a scream.
I looked up and saw something flying twoards me. It had long dirty blonde hair that was currently a little purple (don't ask me why) and robes flying up from the wind. It's hands were up in the air and they were falling down sideways. I glimpsed a look at the face of the person.
It was Alison.
My heart stopped for no reason. I haven't talked to Alison in years!
But there she was, falling. She looked like an angel from heaven, falling down.
I needed to save her. But how? I took out my wand and rushed to the center of the stairs. I moved my body right under her, and-
missed.
Her body fell to the ground with a sickening crack of her skull. HEr riibs were pointing out from her sides and blood was getting in her hair. She wasn't moving.
breathing.
I gasped. "Alison!" I yelled. I rushed to her side.
But then I saw another body flying down and thi time I was determined to save it. I reached out and took my wand. "Limgardium Leviosa!" I shouted. The person stopped falling, and I floated them down to the ground. It was Dumbeldore.
HE put his feet on the ground and winked at me.
What?
Was he planning to jump this entire time, knowing I was going to save him?
It didn't matter. I rushed to Alison's side. But I already knew what happened.
Alison was dead.
