I look up towards the stars. “Wow how is it possible to be so beautiful and pure,” I say to myself. I start to sing to the stars.

I’ve seen the world

Done it all

Had my cake now

Diamonds, brilliant

And Bel Air now

Hot summer nights, mid July

When you and I were forever wild

The crazy days, city lights

The way you’d play with me like a child

 Will you still love me

When I’m no longer young and beautiful?

Will you still love me

When I got nothing but my aching soul...

I stopped when I heard a noise coming from the east. I turn my head and see a white machine coming towards me. “Oh that’s what a ‘boat’ looks like” I say as I dodge it. I go under water hoping no one saw me. I hide myself behind a nearby rock and I stare at the idiots who almost kill me. I try to listen in on their conversation,

“No man you got to do it. You can’t back out of a dare, which stated 'you have to stay here for 2 hours on a raft that was secured to your dock and tied up.” Said a tall looking boy who sounded like a drunken sailor.

“I know, but don’t you think that’s a little much, especially the part where I’m tied up in a raft on the Pacific Ocean!?!?!” The other boy exclaimed in a worried manner. I have to admit he’s kinda cute.

“No dude you’ll be fine. Your raft is tied to one of your dock pole things.” The drunken sailor slurred. Before I knew the boat took off leaving a small raft with the cute boy tied up in it. I know I’m not suppose to help him but I can’t leave him there. I decided I would help him in a half-hour or so, just to make sure the coast was clear.

*30 minutes pass

I guess it’s time to help him. I start to swim near the boat until I hear something. “Is someone snoring? OMG HE’S ALSEEP!” I was kinda mad but excited at the same time. Like even though he was tied up and his mouth taped shout I just can’t help but study his cuteness. I doze off on the edge of the raft. I opened my eyes to a beautiful sunrise. “Wait, where am I… and why is there a boy tied up in a raft, in the middle of the sea?” I just look at the boy wide-eyed. “I have to get him back to shore!” I swim to the end of the raft and I grab hold of the rope. I swim for 5 miles until I see shore. After I dock the raft, I untie the boy and place him on the shore. I couldn’t leave him though, he was just too... handsome. I wanted to sing to the heavens and to him. I began to sing one of my favorite songs.

Say something, I'm giving up on you.

I'll be the one, if you want me to.

Anywhere I would've followed you.

Say something, I'm giving up on you.

And I am feeling so small.

It was over my head

I know nothing at all.

And I will stumble and fall.

I'm still learning to love

Just starting to crawl.

{I hear a cough, but I continue singing. Then I see look into his eyes and he stares into mine.}

Say something, I'm giving up on you.

I'm sorry that I couldn't get to you.

Anywhere I would've followed you.

Say something, I'm giving up on you.

He was about to kiss me when I heard a barking noise and I splashed back into the ocean. The boy looked confused but then comforted by the plushy animal running towards him.

“Jack! Here boy. Good boy! Who’s a good boy? You are, yes you are!” he playfully says to the ‘dog’. He stares to the ocean for a few minutes then heads towards the strange looking building. “I think that’s what they call a ‘house’.” I inform myself.

Then I sink back down into the water.
