Mercy
I face plant on my black and white bed covers. I groan loudly and mumble, "Fuck school."
I sit up and pull my phone out.
No new text messages.
Go fucking figure.
I pull up old texts from my ex girlfriend.

Her: i love you bby
Me: love you too

I grip my phone angrily as I continue to read.

Her: Never leave.
Me: I wont.
Her: Promise
Me: Promise Princess.

"Fucking bitch!" I throw my phone across the phone and hug myself. I feel tears fall down my cheeks.
"W-why? R-ree w-why?" I continue to sob as my little brother walks into the room.
"Sissy?"
I look up, "What's up bud?"
"Are you okay?" He walks up to me, I smile softly and pull him into my lap.
"Yeah I'm just sad right now."
"Why?"
I frown at him, "You're too young to understand."
He struggles under my grip and I let him go. "Go play Anthony. I have homework."
He nods and runs of to play. Pull my Algebra homework out and begin working on it.
After a while I groan not understanding it, my phone buzzes. I pick it up.

Unknown: Hey! So you Mercy?

I froze then typed.

Me: Yeaaaa whose this?

I put my phone away and curled up falling asleep on the floor.
