Team RWTR (Rotor), a RWBY fanfic

Chapter 1: Newbies

We set the time and place at Emerald Forest, where the new students are to begin their first test. All of them have already been launched, and are preparing to land.

Takashi in the air, ready to stick a landing. As he takes a look behind him, and he hears one word. "Hi!". A girl with a red cloak appears out of nowhere and crashes into him, sending both of them crashing into the ground very hard.  The girl ultimately ends up landing on top of Takashi, who is moaning in pain.

"Well, that could have been worse!" The girl cheerfully said.

"Yes, but... Can you please get off of me..." He replied, gasping for air.

"Oops! I'm sorry! I'm so sorry!"

"Gah!*inhales* thank you. Ow."

"So.. you're not my sister, but I guess we're partners, huh?" She asks while lending out a helping hand to try to get him up. She gets him up, as he said, "Yeah. I guess so. Thanks."

"You're welcome! Uheheh... Um.. anyways, Hi! I'm Ruby Rose. Nice to meet you! What's your name?" She asks holding her hand out for a handshake,

"Oh, sorry.. *takes glove off* I'm Takashi Gurē. Nice to meet you too!"

"Oh, hey by the way, I do have a friend that I've known for a while back that I'd really love to be in a team with. I mean, if you don't mind us looking for him." He adds.

"Um.. is that him?" She taps his shoulder while pointing at the obvious gigantic fireball of death heading not too far off their area coming in really hot (heh. Get it?)

"Unfortunately, that's him." He replies, while all both of them could hear was the person screaming "YEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!! *BOOOOOOM*" Then a huge explosion nearby because of Takashi's friend landing.

"Ohhhh. Well, we should start heading there then!" Ruby then speeds on, Takashi barely keeping up with the hyper energetic girl.

Not much longer after seeing his friend fall from the sky, they both heard gunshots nearby.

"What? You want some more?!!" Yang yelled, making the Ursa run away in fear.

"Well, I guess you don't need much help here." A girl arrives, carrying a huge battleaxe looking guitar thing.

"And who the hell are you?... I'm sorry.. I was a bit caught up there."

"Um yeah. Anyways, I'm guessing you're Yang?"

"Yup, that's.. how did you know my name??"

"Oh, I heard another girl yelling your name. You know, shorter and has dark red hair, wears a combat skirt, and-"

"You mean Ruby? Yeah. She's my sister."

"Ah. Well, I guess we're partners huh? *Folds guitar axe thing*"

"Yup! We're gonna kick some ass!"

Meanwhile, back in the 'pit of doom' Takashi's friend made...

"*Huff* jeesh are you always this hyper?! *Huff*" Takashi asks the girl in question,

"Noooo.... Yes. Just try your best to keep up!"

"Okay but can you please *Huff* slow down a bit? I'm starting to-"

" Um... Why'd you stop?" He asks as the hyper girl stops in her tracks and starts pointing at a huge crater which she's only inches from falling into.

"Okay, now what. The. Fuck." Ruby curses at the sight

"Woah! Okaaay, um.."

"What?"

"Nothing, I just never expected someone as innocent looking as you to cuss out or even say words like that!"

"Well, a girl's got to have some bad sides too, right? Just don't tell Yang.. if she finds out I say these words she'll flip balls."

"Who's Yang?"

"My sister."

"Oh."

"So.. do you have a problem with me cussing?"

"No, it's just a bit unexpected."

"Good. Now let's get the fuck out of here. This is starting to bore the shit out of me."
