A girl lived in a tower.
A tall one of course, higher than any cloud.
The only thing higher were the stars above.
She was so close to them she could almost touch them.
It was her prison.
But the stars were beautiful.
She stared at them every night, wanting to be free.
Just like them.
So she took a chance and escaped her tower, her prison.
She climbed to the roof and reached to touch the stars.
They were so close.
No they weren't.
They were far away.
They were so far, looking farther than they had in her tower.
She could never reach them.
It couldn't happen.
She would never be free.
The stars were far away, gleaming in their freedom, while the girl stood on her rooftop crying as all her dreams shattered.
But then, her feet were lifted off the roof.
She began to fly.
She flew to the stars as fast as she could and they shined with a look of open arms for the free girl to join them.
