(F/N)'s POV
I'm (F/N) (L/N), I'm an otaku. Though most people don't see me as the fangirl type. I mean I'm not as intense as my best friend, Kae Serinuma. And by intense I mean locking herself in her room for a whole week after her favorite character (Shion) dies. When she arrived back at school I noticed she must've starved herself while mourning.

Most of our classmates didn't recognize Kae even Nakano took sometime to realize it was her. In all the commotion I managed to slip out. God I hate crowds. It's too bad I didn't get to say hello to Kae due to all our classmates bombarding her with silly questions. Before leaving I heard Iragashi-Senpai say something so I peeked into the classroom to see his arm around KAE?! He managed to calm down the class and Kae thanked him. He started BLUSHING?! Gosh today is full of surprises.

Of course Iragashi all of a sudden cares for Serinuma now that's she's cute. Bastard. I continued to glare at him until Nanashima came over, he said something making Kae run away and cry. That got me angry. I marched right over to Nanashima and punched both him and Iragashi in the gut. "BASTARDS!" I gave them one last glare then headed over to find Kae. I could hear my classmates start to mumble things about me but that didn't matter at all. I had to find Kae.

I turned the corner and found her with Shinomiya? I remember him he was in my class before I moved up a grade. He's also on the nurse committee like me. He was a stuttering mess and was red as a tomato but managed to assist Kae to the nurse's office. I was about to follow them but just as the bell rang for next hour I stopped. Damn it I have P.E. next. I completely forgot in all the ruckus caused by Kae.

So I continue my way to the nurse's office but for a different reason. I entered the left doors and saw Kae, a brunette boy and a still flustered Shinomiya to the right side of the room. He looked like he just saw a ghost and yelled "IT CAN'T BE" then ran out. Yeesh drama queen. I looked in the cabinets for the bandages but found nothing. As I sighed I overheard Kae talking to the brunette. She was asking him how he knew it was her.

"Because, the nice parts about you still haven't changed... it's still you Serinuma-San", the brunette explained. Kae blushed and thanks him. Gosh talk about being a third wheel this is REALLY awkward. I continued for my search for the bandages but of course now was the time to be clumsy. My foot hit the side of one of the beds and it hurt like hell. I bit down on my tongue to keep myself from yelling out BLOODY MURDER, to my luck Kae noticed me looking like a complete retard wrenching in pain. "(Y/N)? How long have you been here?" Kae looked at me concerned and confused. I stood up, when my foot made contact with the ground I felt like crying but sucked it in. "Um... I-I was just looking for something..." I looked away feeling self conscious being around someone else besides Kae. She looked at me confused wondering why I was acting so shy then realized the brunette was still here. "Oh yeah (Y/N) this is Mutsumi-Senpai. Senpai this is my friend (Y/N). I've known her since we were little." The brunette looked at me and smiled "Nice to meet you."

I looked away not making eye contact. "Um same to you?" God why did I make it sound like a question! BAKA BAKA BAKA! Kae giggled at my response. I sighed continuing my search for some spare bandages before I had to ask. "Um Serinuma would you mind helping me clean my cuts?" Kae looked at him and didn't hesitate saying yes. Of course she didn't, Kae is one of the kindest girls I've ever met. I heard a bell ringing meaning one of the students staying in the infirmary needed assistance. I headed over to see who it was since Shinomiya ran off to who knows where. It was a first year boy who looked ill. His face as all pasty and pale. "May I have some water?" he tried to say but it was hard to tell due to his horse voice. I came back and helped him with the glass of water and told him if he needed anything else just ring for me.

I heard Kae calling for me so I went to check up on her and the brunette. Apparently she wasn't familiar with bandaging people so she needed some assistance with Mutsumi's arms. I sat down across from her and began to bandage his right arm while she tried to mimic with his left. When I finished Kae was still struggling while at the same time talking to the brunette. Yeesh you could never multitask huh Kae. So I ended up bandaging his left arm as well. They were still talking when I finished so I stood up and grab the bandages and was about to leave then the brunette spoke up. "Oh my arms all are fix up now." He looked at Kae and smiled "thanks Serinuma!"

I let it be and headed to the locker rooms and changed for gym and bandaging my ankles. We were playing volleyball so that should be fun. I headed out to the gym and told the gym teacher why I was late. Luckily I missed the part where he was explains the concept of volleyball and they were just about to start a game. I sat out the first game after it was over everyone was rotating to play against another team then Kae showed up. She was placed on my team so I let her sub in for me instead so she can play. Around the end of gym we both sat out and Kae was just chatting with Nakano about their 5/7 ship. They were so indulged in their convo I guess they didn't realized the ball being spiked right at Kae's face. But I guess that happens to us every so often when ranting about ships. "SERINUMA WATCH OUT!" and in a flash of lighting (brought to you by Laxus XD) Nanashima just so happens to sprint towards Kae pushing ME to the ground to boost him closer to her just in time to revive the ball... with his face. Well serves him right for being a jerk and pushing me around like a piece trash (WELL I MEAN YOU ARE TRASH ESPECIALLY IF YOU'RE READING DIS)

"NANASHIMA ARE YOU OK?!" Kae rushed to that bastard to see if he was ok. He turned around with blood just flowing out of his nose like the Nile River. The bell rung but Kae stayed put to help Nanashima and his nose bleed. I just wanted to get out of here so I tried to stand up but of course my ankles decide to be a pain now. The pain pierced through me like a billion knives. I sighed and decided to take a breather. It's not like anyone would notice me with Mr.Hero over there with his nose bleed pouring all over the place cause the man can't even stop being aroused by my best friend who is now going to be swarmed with shallow guys like him. I swear I saw a little blush on his face when Kae came closer to him to place a napkin on his nose to wipe away some of the blood. Tch, men.

Everyone suddenly just stampeded towards Kae and Nanashima fussing over both of them. Our poor gym teacher was trying to calm down everyone but got caught up in the tornado of high schoolers fondling over Nanashima. And I just witnessed all of it from a kindergarteners point of view from the ground. I tried to get back up but had to use a nearby basket full of volleyballs to keep my balance. Quietly but slowly I made my way to the nurse to take care of some issues.

Soooooo I'll leave the first chapter at this. I would really appreciate some feedback.

(￣▽￣*)ゞ Also I was wondering if (F/N)'s character is fine with you. I mean like in some stories the reader is either shy, quiet and kind or bold, outgoing and violent. I kinda wanted some middle ground where reader-chan is shy but also bold when needed. Idk if the whole punching their guts thing was ok with you guys so feel free to criticize. OH and if any of you guys have something you want to happen in the story I'm all ears. Thanks!
