"Me!?" I shouted in return to him. "Master, these people were almost dead, I had to help!"

"And now you've probably led the Empire to us," he says turning away and walking back towards our base of operations.

"She's injured!" I shouted after him. "You can't leave her to die!"

The boy decided to jump in, "sir, you have to help us!"

"If I help you then I am putting not only myself, but my friends as well!" My master responded stopping to turn towards the boy.

"Master, you have to help," I paused, "after everything you've told me about putting other people above myself you decide to by a hypocrite! Here you are preaching these things, but when I bring you someone who needs your help you can't do anything?"

"Bring her in," my master finally relented after a few moments.

When we entered the base I noticed that almost everyone was here, it was a rare sight to behold. Most of the time we were all busy collecting supplies for us to continue fighting.

"So, Jabba," I said to the boy as I took the girl back towards the medical area. "You want to tell me your real name yet?"

He responded subconsciously, "Ezra."

I put the girl down on the bed, still completely decked out in her mando armor. I slowly lifted her head so that I could take her helmet off so that my master could get a better look at any injuries she might've received during her fight.

"Who did this to her?" My master asked as he looked her over, he couldn't see any blaster marks but he could tell that she had taken serious damage.

"I'm not sure," I started not sure whether I wanted to tell him everything or not. "But he had a red lightsaber," I trailed off, waiting for the reprimand that was sure to follow about not engaging anyone with a lightsaber in combat.

"I told you to never," he started but I interrupted him.

"I know, I know, but what was I supposed to do?"

Ezra spoke up again, "the inquisitor."

"But the Inquisitor was just a myth," I stated.

"We need to get them out of here now!" My master stood up quickly.

"No, just give me my weapon and I can handle it!"

"No he is probably on his way now!" He retaliated. "You've put everyone here in danger!"

"What is he talking about Ark?" A new voice joined the conversation. I turned around to see our groups 'leader', if we couldn't decide what to do together than he would decide. He was a very bulky Nautolan with dark blue colored skin and he always had an electro staff attached to his back.

"He's brought the Sith to our door!" My master said.

"Some Jedi you are!" I shouted at him, this seemed to get Ezra's attention.

"You know the rules Ark," Bulk, the Nautolan's name, said to me. "No one is exempt from them."

"Fine!" I shouted at them all. "Just give me my lightsaber and I'll be on my way!"

"It's in the trunk over there," My ex-master said pointing to case in the back of the room. I walked over and rummaged through it until I found my weapon and picked it up, if anyone else saw it, it just looked like the hilt to a vibrosword but once the button was pressed a purple blade would arise.

"Ezra do you have anywhere we can take your friend?" I questioned him. He nodded, as I clipped her helmet to my belt. I then lifted her up once again and something had fallen off her shoulder plate.

I nodded towards Ezra telling him to lead the way.

The people in the base watched as Arkilack left with the two newcomers, one at his side and the other in his arms. Nobody questioned him and nobody cared to. They had all heard the conversation. They remember the story he told when he first arrived at their base, half the people there didn't even want him to stay, but Bulk had decided to give him a chance.

Shortly after they had left Bulk walked out of the medical room and called for everyone's attention. "Arkilack has brought the Empire down on our heads and because of this we must prepare ourselves, we've faced this problem before!" He paused as the people of the base took what he had said in. "Anyone willing to fight grab a rifle from the armory, we must cover the children as they evacuate!" As if on queue an explosion was heard from above. "MOVE OUT!" He finished his speech rushing to the armory with the others who had volunteered.

Everyone grabbed one of the rifles they had taken from the armory and lined up in a defensive position at the entrance pointing their rifles outside ready to shoot at whatever may come. When they all saw the first sign of white they opened fire. After a couple of minutes they had lost a couple of their men, but the storm troopers had lost all that had come.

One of the men stood and pointed his blaster in the air cheering about their victory, right before a bright crimson colored blood protruded from his chest. His body fell to the ground revealing a Pau'an male with red lightsaber. The men surrounding him opened fire, the inquisitor's response was to activate a second side to the lightsaber and it began to twirl, deflecting every bolt shot his way.

He quickly used the blade and killed many of the men that were there. Eventually the only one that was left was Bulk. Bulk dropped his rifle and grabbed the electro staff off of his back.

"You'll pay for what you've done here," Bulk told the inquisitor.

"I think not," he paused, "I don't see the idiot boy who thought it would be a good idea to attack me," he said putting emphasis on 'me.'

"He's far from your reach now, he will find the rebellion," Bulk responded while they circled each other. "The rebellion will protect my son from your clutches." He spat with venom in his voice.

Bulk charged the inquisitor using his electro staff, the inquisitor easily deflected the staff and used the other half cut into his abdomen. He used his staff and was able to strike him in the shoulder, but all it seemed to do was enrage the man as he decapitated Bulk.

As I carried the girl following Ezra to his ship he eventually used his comm on his wrist. "Specter 6 to Ghost?" After a moment of silence which I can only presume was him listening to the response. I then felt the girl shuffle in my arms, I also noticed an injury on the back of her neck.

"Ezra," I got his attention, "we need to get her help now!"

"Specter 6 to ghost, Sabine's injured, we need a pick up now!" Ezra shouted into his comm.

I took off at a sprint to the edge of town where a cargo ship soon landed on the outskirts of town and the ramp lowered, Ezra climbed aboard immediately. The ship started to rise and I jumped up on to the ramp as I realized that we were getting shot at by TIE fighters.

"Follow me!" Ezra said before I got stopped by a purple claw, that took Sabine(since that's what Ezra said earlier) out of my arms and passed her off to a man.

"You're not going any further kid!" His voice came out rough and scratchy.
