Don't ask why I'm the way I am. I grew up in a household with 3 brothers, so what did you expect from me? I grew up playing football and rugby, and that dresses and all things girly were the enemy. This was me.
"Did you borrow my comb again Nat?" My oldest brother, Nathan, asked. Nat was what my brothers called me. It was really Natalie. That was such a stupid name honestly. I've stuck with Nat my entire life.
"Sorry." I gave it back to him. He rolled his eyes and left my room. I was really excited. Today were the try outs for the soccer team. Last year I wasn't able to try out because of my broken arm that my older brothers gave me. Ugh, arses right?
"Nat! Hurry up or we'll leave you again!" I heard my second eldest brother, Harris, shout from the bottom of the staircase.
"I'm coming!" I shouted back. I fixed my tie and adjusted my blazer. My school had such a stupid uniform code. If we didn't have those, I'd be wearing nothing but graphic shirts, plaid shirts, and jeans. Well, maybe that was a good thing.
I sat against the back of the car with my two other brothers. Nathan and dad were in the front, while I was stuck in the back with Harris and Darren.
We were all some time apart, so the age gap between me and Nathan was 5 years. I was 16, so he was in Uni. Though, he was currently a temporary worker at my school because he on break. Harris was next, 18 years old. He acts like he's the youngest though. After him, there's Darren. My nerdy older brother. He was such a sucker for books, literally. He'd do anything. Last but not least, there was me. Natalie Tyler. Though, it was rare for people to actually call me Natalie..
I hopped out of the car and said bye to dad. He called out good luck.
"Well little sister and brothers, you all better make the team this year." Nathan ruffled our hair. Hey! Watch the hair bro..
"As if I will. Coach hates me." Darren muttered. To be honest, Coach actually loved Darren. Though, he was harder on him. Darren thinks he's a terrible athlete. Idiot right?
When we walked into the school, I my brothers were immediately swarmed with girls. Ugh. Why did they have to get the good looking genes?
"Tell me again how you've got such handsome brothers?" One of my friends, Harry said. "All I've got is a sister."
"Shut up." I said. "Are you going to try outs today?"
"Hell yeah we are!" Niall cheered.
"I'm so excited! I hope I get centerfield this time-"
"Hey Tyler, where's Darren?" Someone called. It was just Zayn, my brother's 'nerd in crime.' Lame right?
"Library. Where else?" I laughed. He sighed and turned towards the library.
"Hey, look new guy." Liam said. The four of us turned and saw a confused as fuck boy standing near the entrance of the school. He had a duffle bag around him, athlete huh?
As we stared at him, he noticed and caught our eye. We all looked away. It was too late, he was already coming over to us.
