Surrounded by a stone wall,
Weeds twice as tall.
Thorns itch-scratch,
Crickets jump through the grass.
Darkness comes,
An eerie thing.
A person brave climbs the wall,
Discovers what no one saw.
A gravestone stands up tall,
Dead rest peacefully.
Spirits roaming free,
Tombstones tend to lean.
Leaves rustle; wind blows,
Sweet laughter freely flows.
Playful are the children's souls.
