high school of the gifted

Chapter 1

"get ready for the most amazing time of your lives kids because you will about to embark on a journey so amazing you won't want to miss it!!" cheered the teacher as she walked up and down the aisle of one of the six other black and purple buses. special teens all occupied the seats which filled up every row. "now who wants to tell me what they are most excited about?" she clapped and looked at all the teens excited but no one answered, except one. a girl with long wavy brown hair and blue eyes. and tucked under her backpack where light blue wings. "i-im excited because i-i will be around people like me" Stammered the girl and the teacher instantly clapped. "that's amazing!!" she said and just then all the buses pulled up into the driveway of a giant school.

"Welcome kids!!" said the teacher as she climbed off the bus and joined the other six teachers who had also came off their buses and they all stood side by side and looked exactly the same. every hair was in the same place everything about these seven female teacher's where the same. the one standing in the middle touched the shoulder of her one to her left and each of the teachers did the same and then they all went and became apart of her, " welcome students my name is Andrea Chicano. to you all i am Mrs. Chicano and i will be leading house Aria . you will all be separated into five different houses at the entrance ceremony and it will determine which house you are in. the five different houses are named, Aria is the air house which specializes in teens with the abilities that go with the air. Sparo is for the fire house which specializes in teens with connections to fire. Acqua is for the water house which specializes in teens with connections to water and liquid. Terra is the earth house which specializes in teens with connections to earth. and Forza is for the spirit house which specializes in teens with connections to their inner spiritual nature!! now after that your bags will be moved into your dorm rooms and you will start classes next week!!! now follow me into the entrance of the school where you will be sorted" said Mrs. Chicano as she walked up the stairs leading inside the building. every teen followed behind her and where amazed by the size of inside of the building.

everyone was gathered into the middle of the ballroom that they had just walked into and stared in awe. teens that had already been there for longer than they had where sat down in chairs or standing at the tops of the staircases. "we welcome our newest students of this year to our school for the gifted!!! now let the sorting begin!!" said the principal from his podium and he waved his hand and a bubble came from the floor and he reached inside and grabbed a piece of golden paper with silver words on it. " Yuri Adams!! " said the principal and a boy with black hair and eyes the color of snow walked up to the principal who smiled at him. Yuri kept his head low and his hood up and waited, "you will be showing us your powers and then we will set this bracelet on you and it will glow with the house color" said the principal and Yuri nodded before he turned to the rest of the people in the room and pulled his hood down to show off black cat ears and his tail came from under his hoodie and drifted lightly from side to side. the bracelet that had been set on him glowed green and the Terra house Erupted in applause and Yuri was pushed over to them. "Segovia BloodScar!" a girl with silver eyes and grey hair walked up and had a bracelet put on and then she looked at the teens and her face changed into a fox sort of way.

everyone was amazed and her bracelet glowed green and once again the Terra group Applauded and Segovia ran over and stood with them after her face went back to normal. " Pandora Santos! " yelled the principal and the blonde female walked up to him and held out her only arm and he put the bracelet on and it instantly glowed red as she lit her hand on fire and the Sparo teens roared with applause and Pandora walked over to them. "Jake Scorpion!" yelled the Principal and a boy with long red hair that went to his waist walked up to the principal and held out his left hand and the principal put the bracelet on and Jake's hand moved upwards and a crack went all the way through the floor and it split open before closing and the bracelet on Jake's wrist glowed green. the Terra teens all cheered as they had three new members. " Nico Scotts" said the principal and a teenage girl with black hair walked up to him and held out her wrist and he put the bracelet on her and she turned around lifted her hands up and the water in one of the five giant urns came and swirled around the room before dropping down back into the Urn. Nico's bracelet glowed blue  and the Acqua teens cheered happily and Nico walked silently over to them.

"Alexis Quota!" calls the principal and the brown haired girl scurried over to him and he set a bracelet on her wrist and she slowly slid off her backpack to show her light blue wings causing the bracelet to light up yellow. the Aria teens roared with applause and she quickly ran over to them. "Octavian Raventail!" the principal yelled and a boy with longish brown hair and red eyes walked to the principal and he had the bracelet put on and before he could do anything it glowed purple. the Forza teens all cheered (A\N: all the weird names of the different houses are italian by the way) and Octavian ran over to them and stood with them. "cody Frost" said the principal and a boy with all white hair came up being followed by a wolf.  he stepped in front of the Principal and held out his hand and the bracelet was put on him and he closed his fist and then opened it and inside his palm was a rose made of ice causing the bracelet to glow blue. th Acqua teens cheered happily and he walked over to the group and stood with his wolf by his side. "Espero Contor!" shouted the principal and a girl with stone cold blue eyes and long brown hair that was trapped in a ponytail went up to him and he put the bracelet on her and it instantly lit up yellow. everyone from aria cheered as she walked over and stood with them.

"Hephusta storm!" the principal yelled and a tall girl with light pink hair and smoldering brown eyes walked towards him with bare feet padding against the ground her metal gloves clanked and blew steam as they moved back and forth and the gears turned. her wrapped chest heaved up and down lightly. holding out her metal wrist Hephusta smirked slightly before the bracelet glowed red and the entire population of Sparo teens roared with cheers. Hephusta joined them and then the principal yelled out, "Genoes Andrews!" the teen walked confidently up the path leading to the principal and he held out his wrist and the principal put it on and it instantly lit up green. Genoes ran over to the cheering terra kids and stood next to Yuri who smiled lightly at Genoes. "Athena Frost!" was yelled and an almost adult woman walked forwards whither her white hair flowing behind her. Cody stared in shock remembering his older sister and he growled slightly. Athena held out her hand and the bracelet was put on and it glowed blue which the Acqua teens cheered happily for her and she stood next to her brother who glared at her and she gave a slight hurt look to but returned to her stoic mask.

"Loke imperial!" shouted the principal and the teen boy walked forwards with his cat walking beside him. he held out his wrist and the bracelet was put on him and it glowed green and the Terra teens shouted happily as he walked over. "Sarah Arden!" was yelled and an almost adult woman walked forwards. her one eye sparkled with amusement and she held out her hand and the bracelet was put on her and it glowed instantly green and again the Terra teens shouted happily and she walked over to them. " Daphne Quinn! " said the principal and a timid girl walked forwards with her ears pulled down flat on her head. Daphne held out her wrist and the principal put the bracelet on her and it instantly glowed green and the Terra teens cheered and she scurried to them. "Azusa Juan!" yelled the Principal and a girl stumbled forwards giggling excitedly and she stood in front of the man as he set her bracelet on her wrist and it glowed purple causing the Forza teens all cheered happily as she walked over and stood next to Octavian.

"Ki Sanchez!" the principal yelled and a tall boy with long strawberry blonde hair went up to the principal and held out his wrist and the bracelet was put on him and it glowed instantly purple causing the Forza teens to explode in cheers for they had gotten another member. Ki smiled and walked over to the group and stood with Octavian and Azusa. "Conrad Maori!" was the name yelled next and another tall teen boy walked forwards. his long brown hair pulled into a long ponytail and his glasses where pushed up firmly. once he reached the principal he held out his wrist and the principal put the bracelet on him and it glowed blue and the Acqua teens cheered happily as they welcomed him. "Ash Valentine!" a boy with braided white hair walked forwards and held out his hand which the principal put the bracelet on and a slow flurry of snowflakes started to float around the room causing the bracelet to glow blue and the Acqua teens cheered loudly and Ash walked over to them and smiled. "Jack moon!" yelled the Principal and a boy with black hair and brown eyes walked forwards with a guitar strapped to his back and he held out his wrist and  the bracelet glowed purple without him having to do anything. Forza teens cheered happily and he walked over and joined them.

after the rest of the teens where separated into their new houses their den mothers  and fathers lead the groups of teens to the ten different buildings.
