Chapter one Relief
-present time-
Come on Aurora you can do this, no need to worry ! I gave myself a peptalk before opening my eyes. "Lest start shall we" bloomed his voice, always full of power proving his position , yet when he's talking to me so he speaks so gently and with care.
"Test five out of five test subject 3". Suddenly a man walked into the white room dressed in a lab coat, he stoped when he was right in front of me.
I looked up at the tiny window, I searched for the person who has helped me, taken care of me, given me a place to call home. He nodded at me and I looked down at my hands. Hands wrapped in gloves, back gloves with red lines running from my fingertips around my fingers culling all the way down to my wrist. I know those red lines weren't just fabric, but i tried not to think about what it really was.
I looked at the man In the lab coat again who now looked a little annoyed. "Okay " I said looking at the man and reached my hand out to toutch his cheek. I let out a shaky breath as i pulled my hand back, dropping it down my side.
I watched the man's cheek ,where my hand was a couple seconds ago. Nothing, not a single thing changed. Relief flowed over me as I let out a sigh. I could see him look at me and smiled, earning a small smile in return.
