chapter 2: let's dance

Sarah P.o.v

I walked into the large abandoned warehouse to see my good friend max "max',sup!" I yelled as I walked up to him he just looked at me seriously and said" did you get it ,?"

I nodded at him and passed him the bag , he unzipped a pulled out the bright shimmering diamond, he smiled and looked at me saying " I can't believe you actually got it I'll get your cash "

he walked over to a safe and pulled out a medium sized duffel bag , he brought it back over to me and passed it to me I unzipped it and a large smirk rolled onto my mouth under my mask to see it full with 100 dollar bills.

I clicked my tounge and looked over to max and said " well I better get going I'm late for something, but it was a pleasure doing business with you."

I waved to him as I walked out of the building, I then closed my eyes and put the image of my mansion in my head and when I opened my eyes I was there ,

I rubbed my eyes to reduce the pain in my head from telaporting so far I walked up to my room put the duffle on my bed and got changed out of my suit and into some trackies and a crop top and I pulled my hair into a messy bun ,

I picked up the duffle and walked out of my room and into the lounge where my best friend sat watching SpongeBob I rolled my eyes at Alice (pic of her on the side) and dumped the duffel on the coffee table

By me doing this it caused her to jump, she looked at me and then at the duffle, she raised and eyebrow an questioned" how much is here and can we go shopping?" I rolled my eyes with a chuckle and replyed" 24.2 million  and yes we can but how about tomorrow I'm tired" Alice nodded and went back to watching SpongeBob .

Alice and I have been friends since I was 6and she was 5 we were both lost but we found each other wich was enough for both of us.

We haven't been apart since then and I'm 20 and she's 19 she's the only one that knows that I'm the Phoenix and that is it but I love her like a sister and if anyone were to hurt her I would break their nose. Just then my eyelids started to feel heavy and no more than five seconds later I was in a deep sleep.

Steve p.o.v.

I walked into the lab saying to Tony "stark I need your help" he spun around on his chair and raised an eyebrow "what do you need, capsicle" i shook my head at the name he keeps calling me but replyed " I need help in finding the Phoenix"

as I said that I slid the file that fury gave me, Tony opened it and did a quick skim through he then picked up a photo of her in her suit he than said " Jarvis can you search all camera feed where the Phoenix has been and tell me when you find anything "

Jarvis than replyed saying " of corse Mr stark " I nodded at stark and made my way to my floor and into my room is looked around and shook my head at how is was so tidy it was kinda boring,

I made my may over to my bed and put my head in my hands and went into deep thought, I miss Peggy, I miss bucky, I just miss the 40's in total. that night i fell asleep to the thought of the 40's and how things used to be

i was jolted awake by the voice of jarvis " mr rogers, im sorry to have woken you but mr stark is insisting that you go to the lab immediatley" i nodded my head rubbng my eyes saying " thank you jarvis, ill be up soon" I sat up and got changed into casual clothes and made my way up to the lab.

i walked into the lab asking " what is it stark?" stark turned around on his chair and said with a smirk " well cap you might want to go and suit up, your going to italy, i found her"
