Chapter 3 A New Arrival

As tears ran down my checks Phyon held me. "Princess Thailia." I struggled to find my words as I talked" She is sick  an.. and sh..ee only has a...bout three or four da.. days left." We sat down as the sun went down. " My mother left me when I was just a infant." He looked at me as he spoke." Mine to , Thailia is lucky." Zoella spoke as she came over at sat beside me.

The summer night shined with stars as the moon rose from the east. The constellations of Ceti and Aries where above us as we gazed towards the world above us. Zoella walked over the tree where she was sitting to finish her book. " One day I hope we don't have to see each other like this, in secret."

" I know what you mean. One day I will be Queen and you King."

" I wish time would speed up."

" In time Phyon, Remember we have no control of time." Phyon quickly kissed me as me words turned in to mere whispers. " Phyon It's getting late I should leave." He helped me up as we kissed on more time then I grabbed Zoella. " Can you come for lunch tomorrow ?"Phyon asked. " Yes I will bring the food , you just bring a blanket."

On our way top the castle zoella stooped at a black berry bush to get Misty , her pet Phooka*, some berries. I jumped down to get Corvi and ceti some black berries.I gave Ceti the treat then we headed for the castle.

As zolla put her horse up she left a note in Alahi's folder. " Gosh Zoella." I said as I feed corvi his black berries. " At least I only have one boyfriend." We walked out of the Stables and went upstairs to our bedrooms. " goodnight Thailia." Zoella hugged me and went to her room. Moon jumped on my head As I walked over to my bed. " Good Night Moon."

" Good Morning Thailia." Tahna kissed me on my forehead as I sat up in bed. " Good Morning Tahna." I wiped my eyes and kissed him , It was still pretty early for Zoella to get up so I picked out a yellow dress. " I will let you get dressed then." Tahna walked out.

" Good Morning Darling." Elsis , Mother's lady in waiting, Walked by me. She was a cold woman who cared for few, luckily I was here favorite in the castle. In the summer as a child she would take me to the Meadows near the castle and make daisy chains with me. She taught me a lot and with out her help I wouldn't know the different between a braid and a french braid. " Good Morning Elsis.

I walked in the kitchen and got a cup of tea and a muffin, then sat down beside Phyon. As we ate King Dagen walked in with a tray of tea. " The queen wants to see you Thailia." Tahna got up and walked with me down the hall. Lunasa's hair grew white as her blue eyes faded in to black. " Thailia?"

Tahna walked over with me as the Doctor backed us off " No Princess! No one can go near her , she is to contagious." Tahna grabbed my hand as I stood there looking at her. " Queen Thailia , You must rule Cladia." Mother struggled to get the last word out, as her voice echoed in my ears. " Queen Thailia . Queen thailia."

Tahna walked me to the court year and sat me down. " Thailia I am training today so I want see you till tomorrow. Be safe today and remember that you are strong."

" I'm Not a little kid anymore Tahna I can take care of my self." I walked off and headed towards the kitchen. I grabbed 2 apples, some cheese and 2 cookies and put it into a basket. I stopped by my room to put my crown on and Moon jumped on my shoulder. " OK moon you can come."

I ran into Zoella's room and told her I was leaving, then ran to the stables. I grabbed Ceti and left a note for Tahna. It read: Sorry I ran off. I let my anger get the best at me, I have a lot going on right now that I cant tell you, but someday I will. love your truly , Thaila.

 I was early so I stopped at the town of Renro to check on the people. As I rode in the people came out to greet me. I quickly went to my favorite bakery and bought a loaf of bread for lunch. I headed to the local governor's house to check on his daughters Ren and Dun. Ren came out with a small basket of flowers and handed them to me. " Her princess!" I got down and hugged her. Dun can out with a flower crown and placed it on Ceti. " Ceti loves it Princess." i hugged dun and rode off." Wait Princess when will you be back?" I turned ceti around and stopped, " Soon I promise."

I rode to the opening in the wall and on the other side Phyon was sitting on a blanket in to middle of a small opening. " Wow did you clear this?"

" well I thought this would be our meeting place so I cleared it out." I sat down and set up lunch. Moon jumped from behind me onto Phyon's head. " Who is this?" He rubbed Moons ears as he asked. " That is Moon, She talks sometimes but not a lot. The normally doesn't like other people." Moon jumped down and onto my shoulder. " Is this your Boyfriend? He seems nice." Phyon was shocked as Moon spoke. " Wow she talks!"

" Don't you listen to your Girlfriends Mister?" Moon sat beside me as her claws protracted.

" Now, Moon." She ran up a tree behind Phyon and sat on a branch , perfect reviewing for her. I got the bread and cheese out. " No meat?" Phyon asked. " We are vegetarians here in Cladia." I laughed. After we ate we laid on the blanket and watched the clouds.

" The Queen Is fading Phyon. She will leave soon." he sat up and held me as my words faded. we sat there for 15, 20 ,30 minutes till Moon came back with mouse. She sat it in front of us as she looked up with a half smile. " No thanks Moon." She carried it up the tree where she was sitting and started eating. " It's getting Late Phyon I should leave." I kissed him good bye as Moon followed me to Ceti. " When Will I see you again?" Phyon asked before I left. " Tomorrow Night."

Moon jumped on my shoulder as I saddled Ceti. I stopped half way to the castle and picked so black berries for Misty and Covri. " Should I get some for the cook to make black berry pie?" I got the basket filled it half full with black berries.

As I unsaddled Ceti A guard came running in " Princess Thailia!!" I dropped the basket as the gurad finished. " It's the Queen!" His voice rang in my head as tears ran down my check. I ran down the hall and up the stairs to the queens chamber. Tahna and Zoella circled around the King as he laid beside The queen. She was laying in her bed, still and quite, she was cold and her eyes were life less. " Mother?" Tahna ran over as I crashed to the floor. " Thailia The Queen left us."
