Promise

It's funny how everything can change in moments. How you can go from having everything...,..... To having nothing.

Me and my parents had gotten into a huge fight. I was 15 and didn't want to spend my time home watching my lame 4 year old sister lily.

But they had an important dinner and I had no choice to. I didn't really watch her. Just let her play With the Christmas tree. Around midnight they still weren't home. They said they'd be home 4 hours ago, and I was really angry. As I dialed up there number a knock came at the door.

I got up, still yelling into the phone. I opened the door and froze. A cop was standing on my door step. She had pinned up blonde hair and sad blue eyes. She was holding her hat in her hands. My phone fell to the floor.

My parents where less then a mile away from home, when a drunk driver hit them. They ran into a light and died instantly. On Christmas Eve.

Lily took it hard. But she found some weird band R5 to obsess over, to cope. I on the other hand joined dance and focused on school.

It was almost 4 years later, several days from
Christmas Eve and we where laying on the floor, and I was watching Lily color. We really did look nothing alike . I had smooth light skin while she had dark tan skin. She had curly blonde hair and blue eyes while I have brown eyes and brown hair.

"Can we mail this to Riker?" She questioned, swinging her feet. I held a small gift behind my back smiling.

"Hey kid I have a gift for you."

Her face light up. "Really!? Ohhh I wanna see I wanna see!" She squealed and ran over to me. I handed her the gift and she ripped the paper off. "CONCERT TICKETS FOR AN R5 cONCERT!?!?!?" She screamed. I smiled.

"And meet and great."

She squealed and gave me a big hug. "THANK YOU SOOOOOOO MUCH! I love you your amazing!"

"And it's tomorrow! So you better get a good nights sleep!"

She smiled and hugged me as tight as she could. "Your the best sister ever! Thank you so much! I love you Savanna!"

I laughed. "You betcha."

"But now you have to learn all about the band because you can't go to a concert with out knowing them silly." She sat me down and pulled over a poster. This was going to be a long night...........

Lily insisted on getting up at the crack of dawn. I made her pancakes and helped her get dressed. She had a very interesting outfit picked......

She chose a pink neon tutu, white top, combat boots and her R5 pick. I had On a floral skirt with a black top and wedges. "So how old is this riker guy?"

"22."

"A bit old for you......"

She shrugged. "Age is overrated."

I couldn't help the laugh that came out of me. "ok kiddo."

"he's close to your age. Your 19 almost 20. Ohh! You can date Ross!"

"Which one is he?" I asked, looking at Lilys poster.

"He's that one. He's on the Disney show I like."

"Ohhh!"
I smiled. "Are you ready to go?"

She smiled. "Yeah. Let's go."

I grabbed my purse and we headed out to my small black car. The venue wasn't to far away. About 30 minutes. We pulled up and parked. I got our tickets and walked into the main area. It was a bar like area with a large stage. I sat down at one of the tables and watched lily go
Talk to one of her friends, Kelsey, who had also gotten tickets. Her older sister Mollee had gotten tickets too. She sat down at the table with me, and sighed.

I laughed. "Wow you really dressed up." She had on leggings uggs a big Starbucks sweater and her dirt blonde hair up
Into a bun.

"Well I don't like this kids band so it doesn't matter."

"Oh c'mon they're not SO bad."

She glared at me with her bright blue eyes. "Yes they are."

"They're really good live and play there instruments........ And on top
Of it, they make Kelsey and Lils happy."

She rolled her eyes. "I'm only here cause my mom said she's give me $50."

I laughed. I heard Lily squeal. I looked over to see a older blonde woman with them. I got up and joined lily and Kelsey. "LOOK LOOK SAVANNA ITS STORMIE!"

Stormie....... Right the lynchs mom! I smiled. "Hi....."

"Ohhhh they're just so adorable! Mind if I get a picture for Instagram?"

"Oh I guess not."

"Here you get in it too!" Stormie said smiling. I couldn't help but also smile. Her smile catches on fast....... I glanced over to Mollee and she was texting away. I got onto my knees and pulled the girls under my arm. She snapped a picture. She then asked for our Instagram handles and followed us. After that she left.

I got some Instagram notifications. Tons of people where following me. I went to the bottom.

Wow..... Ok then....... "RIKER JUST FOLLOWED ME!" Lily gasped. Tons of people started to scream and I noticed R5 come out. We got in like to meet them. Pretty soon we where up. lily went I between Rydel and Riker and I went on the other side of him. He did a double take of me.
"Hey my mom posted a picture of you!"

"Uh yeah..... Me and my little sister." We took a pic. Rydel picked lily up for the next one.

"Wanna do something for the pic?" Riker asked.

"Oh sure......."

Riker pulled me into his arms and I wrapped my arms around him. After that Lily handed Riker her drawing and he smiled. "This is so good! Thank you."

I smiled and picked her up, walking to the stage where we would listen to them sing and do sound check. This might not be such a bad concert after all........
