The world outside my house looked like a Candyland. There were lollipops sticking out of the ground like mini trees, the ground was bright and VERY colourful, and small people, (A/N I didn't wan't to call them midgets...) who looked alot like the munchkins from the Wizard of Oz, walking around with more lollipops.
"Greetings Kirstie. I see you're wearing the shoes I gave you." a familiar voice said behind me.
I twisted my head around and a woman that looked pretty much exactly like me, except that she was slightly taller and had lighter hair. "W-who are you? How do you know my name and why does everything look like the Wizard of Oz?" I questioned by doppleganger.
"My name is Glinda. We have all been expecting you for a long time. It is like that musical isn't it? Don't think what you're about to witness is going to be exactly like it. More obstacles will cross your path and more people will try to stop you." she retorted. " We need you to stop the Wicked Witch of the West, you are the only one who can. You will need the help of your friends though. Once you have, go meet the Wizard and he will tell you how to get back home."
"Wow. Thanks, I guess." I began to head off, before Glinda stopped me.
"Wait! Before you leave, here is some supplies you'll need for your journey. Good luck and safe travels!" she said while handing me a shoulder bag. I looked inside and it was much larger inside than it was outside. Probably enchanted I thought. There was about two weeks worth of food,some first aid and...weapons?! Guess I'll have to do some fighting while I'm here.
"Thank you." And with that I walked off, following to road Glinda told me to follow, with Toto prodding along side of me.
A/N Yay update! So I'm going to make a few changes to the plot and make it that there's going to be fighting and maybe a war will happen.
