When we get there, sure enough everyone is already seated. To the far back I see that there are two tables, one behind the other, that are empty. Albus and I slide into the first one and Scorpius sits in the one behind us. I look around and notice that all the tables have two big, dusty and battered textbooks on them. On the blackboard there's writing in chalk that reads "Welcome to Charms Class Students". Proffesor Flitwick(Authors Note: yes he is still there) suddenly walked in and cheerily said "Good morning everyone! " He was suddenly interrupted by a sweating and flushed Rose who rushed in yelling "I'm here Proffesor!" After the whole class stared at her however, she blushed and quickly added "Sorry Proffesor." "Well, Miss Granger-Weasley, you can proceed by sitting down next to...lets see, oh! There seems to be an empty seat right next to Mr. Malfoy. Why don't you join him?" Rose scowled and now dragged her feet as she walked down the classroom floor to the back where Scorpius, Albus, and I were sitting. She grumpily sat down and grimaced at the lot of us.
Rose Pov
"You know Malfoy, you shouldn't get so happy because next class I'll be bloody sure to sit somewhere else." Malfoy's face however, still had a stupid grin on it. Ugh. I just don't understand why boys can't take a hint." If you say so." he replied with the same look. "I do." "You may now kiss the bride." I roll my eyes. "Over my dead body!" He simply laughs and says "I believe the saying is 'Until death do us part', Rose!" -"Oi! Malfoy, will you stop flirting with Miss Weasley so that I can teach my class!" said Flitwick with a high squeak. I felt my cheeks go red. I steal a quick glance at Malfoy and see that my blushing was nowhere as intense as his. In front of me the whacko, what's her name, Marsh, and Albus are cracking up and saying things like " Do you think I'll be the Best Man, Jane?" "Oh for sure! But more importantly, do you think the kids will look like Scorpius or Rose?" she adds. I open my mouth to spit out an insult but then remember Proffesor Flitwick. "Ahem!" Proffesor Flitwick clears his throat. "Sorry Proffesor!" We all say in unison. "Okay, class make sure to take a good look at where you are sitting and with who because these will be where you are sitting for the rest of the year. I groan and put my head on the table. He preceded to make us practice Summoning Charms the entire hour. While everyone whined and complained, I found it quite entertaining. That might have had to do with the fact that I got all the charms right on my first try. I look next to me and see that Malfoy has also successfully completed doing the Summoning Charm as well. Albus on the other hand has been saying the same incantation for nearly twenty minutes. Marsh seems to be doing a decent job for not having practiced magic in what must be a very long time. Before we knew it, class was dismissed. Proffesor Flitwick had assigned us homework: Continue practicing Summoning Charms. He kept going on about how they would be on our O.W.L.s so I had to be sure to perfect it for all the testing that goes on at the end of the year.
