Start of some thing new

We arrived at the school. I parked my car and ran to the other side, and opened the door for her. "My lady" I bow "why thank you kind sir" she says in a corny British accent. I can't help but laugh. I stick out my arm for her to take and we walk in. "Hey baby look sexy as hell" Peyton says he try's to grab her, and I can see she doesn't want him any were near her. I step in front of her "move nerd" he says getting in my face "Peyton I'm here with Josh and not you. You had your chance now please leave" Morgan says she push pass him and drags me with her.     

We walk in to the gym. "Come on let's dance" she says excitedly and drags me out on to the dance floor. We danced for a while until "ok guys grab that special gal and get ready for some slow dancing " the dj says. Morgan looks at the ground "sooo" she says rocking back and forth on her feet. "So" I stick out my hand "may I have this dance" I ask she nods and takes my hand

She looks up at me with those eyes of crystal blue. Are eyes met. She looks down and her cheeks are a rosy red. I lifted her chin up and she looked me in the eyes. She started to moving closer and closer until are lips met.  Are lips moved in sync.

We pulled a part "Josh I'm sorry" Morgan says all most in tears. She turns and runs out. I go after her. I run out the gym, and to the parking lot, and out to the football field were I found her sitting on the bleachers. She sitting there swinging her legs back and forth "hey" I say sheepishly "Josh I'm sorry. I didn't know what happened. I guess it was the song and the place and.." I cut her off  "I'm not" I say and sit down next to her. "What" she ask, "I'm not sorry.  Why are you?" I ask, "Because I don't want to lose you" she says and looks up at me "what" I ask. "I don't want to lose my best friend. I can't lose you I just can't" and she's about to cry. I pull her close "I love you" I say "what" she pulls a way a little "Morgan I have always loved you. Even when you were dating Peyton. All I have ever wanted was to see you happy. Even if that's with someone else or you not wanting to talk to me ever again" I say looking  her in the eyes. And out of the blue her lips are on mine. We pull a part " I love you Josh" she says holding my hands. "Lets go back in side" she says I nod in agreement.We get up and go back in not as friends but as something more.
