Free at Last!!

(4 weeks after proposal)
Percy's Point of View

Free. Finally Free, free from pricks and knives, free from IV's, free from wheelchairs, free, oh free.
I walked with Annabeth on my arm out of the hospital. We had planned the wedding would be a week from now, but something didn't feel right. I loved Annabeth so much, but I felt my heart was in the wrong place.
We got home by a taxi, he had been really confused, mainly because in the Mist, Camp Jupiter was an empty lot. " Y'all sure ya wanna be here?"

" Yes please" Annabeth said and gave him a tip. We walked through the mortal gates and through the Little Tiber, to our little house in the Bay, in the hill, on the banks of the Tiber.
Life was good, with the wedding a week away, I shook off the feeling of not loving Annabeth. Because no amount of magic could change that.

Athena's Point of View (Bonus Point of View!)

I screamed in outrage, why wasn't the spell working?! They were so madly in love, no magic would make them hate! Except, maybe Hecate's Magic could make them hate. I will go ask her.

I arrived at Hecate's apartment on Olympus. It could be anything she wanted it to be, and right now, it was a cave with a wooden door. I started to say "Hec-"
" Hello, Athena" said Hecate's echo-y voice
" I come for-"
" I know what you seek, but why not let them love? You cannot prevent that, even with magic"
" I have seen you cast a hatred spell before" I growled
" You have, but at the time, it was used for a purpose, honestly, Athena, is this really what you have come to?"

I considered that " Cast the spell, Hecate"

" No"

"Why"

"Because I have seen love like this before, with Hades, he captured his wife and she stayed! I want this love to stay, besides you always said you would not be the crazy in-law"

" Hecate, I have taken love before, but this is different, they lov-"

"Athena, I am sorry, but NO"

And with that she rocketed me out of her house. So much for friendly chat.

Annabeth's Point of View

Percy and I were walking on the beach when my Mom fell from the heavens and crashed into the sand. "Annabeth" she said " I would like you to know that I will not be the crazy in-law and I approve of the marriage "
"Really?" I asked in disbelief. I always thought Mom would kill Percy if he proposed.
"Yes, in fact I would like to bless it, after all, you took a knife for him, and he gave up immortality for you"

For once I couldn't argue.
