Back To Mystic Falls

Dear Diary,
                      What am I doing with my life? Well, let's start from the beginning... Eve was born on the 12th of April, 1480 and I was born on the 5th of May, 1482. By the time she was 18 she was already practicing magic but by my 18th birthday I had triggered my werewolf curse. It was quite strange really considering my mother was a witch and my father was a werewolf. When we were old enough Eve and I set out on our own, we came from New Orleans however, we wanted to see the world so our journey took us to England.

We were lonely travellers we didn't know what we were going to do with ourselves but that all changed when we met this wonderful, normal family... or so we thought. The Mikaelsons welcomed us to their home. I met Niklaus, he was so sweet and kind at that time but the more I was around him the more his ruthless side came out. His werewolf side was taken from him when he became a vampire, he had this obsession with getting his werewolf side back.

My sister on the other hand fell in love with Kol, he was the black sheep due to his hunger but they connected right away because before he was a vampire, Kol was a witch. He taught her everything she knows. We spent a good few months with them but that all changed when Katherine Pierce strolled into town and took the breaths away of Niklaus and Elijah. His obsession with her grew more and more each day because she was the key to breaking his curse.

One night, I was attacked... quite badly. Niklaus had a vile of his blood to heal me however, little did he know his brother Elijah switched it with Katherine's blood. I had died in his arms. I could hear his rippling scream, I woke up a few hours later. I had no idea how I was alive but I now had this other hunger... aside from Niklaus I was the first ever Hybrid. Kol had given my sister some blood to become a vampire because she thought I was gone. She turned into vampire but there were complications for her too, the ancestors didn't want her witch side to be gone so they changed that little analogy and she ended up becoming the first Vampire/ Witch.

We fled because Klaus wouldn't stop until she was dead and that's what scared me the most, it was also the fact that Kol's hunger was getting the worst of him but of course like any family dispute Niklaus daggered all of his siblings. We never returned to England and I stayed 18 forever and Eve stayed 20 forever. We travelled back to New Orleans but on our way we stopped at a little town called Mystic Falls in 1864. There we met The Salvatores and once again we fell in love, Damon was just as kind and sweet as Niklaus was. Eve fell in love with Stefan, we were happy for a while but again that all changed yet again thanks to Katherine. She was different since the last time we saw her... she became a vampire to escape her fate... and she was on the run from Niklaus. She remembers my sister and I but in front of The Salvatores we acted as though we did not know each other. She thought that it would be fun to mess with us by compelling Damon and Stefan.

She wasn't being very discreet about feeding and the towns folk for suspicious and then came the Gilbert Device. It was a device invented to affect all supernatural creatures. They found us, I got put into the carriage with Katherine but she had an escape plan. Whilst in the carriage I saw Stefan and Damon get shot by their own dad... that would've made family dinners awkward. They were trying to save Katherine which stung a little... luckily for me I was able to escape thanks to Eve and her invisibility spell.

We never looked back until now. Why are we going back to Mystic Falls? Well, we heard that Katherine was here and that she was looking for the Moonstone which could only mean one thing... Klaus was coming and Katherine wanted her freedom.

Eve"What are you writing, oh I know, another story" - she said teasing me.

"It's not a story, if it's true" - I said closing my journal. I've had this journal since 1864. It was Stefan that got me into writing them.
