The Other Hybrid

Chapter 1

"Jasmine! Get up!" My sister yelled at me for the 5th time. I rolled my eyes and got up and hopped in the shower. After my shower i changed in light blue skinny jeans, a maroon v-neck, and black knee high heeled boots. (pic above)

I then applied my product to my hair and decided to let it air dry considering I was already late. I walked downstairs to see Bonnie waiting for me with an annoyed look. I smiled amused. "We have to leave. We're supposed to pick Elena up," She said. I nodded and walked behind her out the door.

"So grams is saying im physic. Witches and all that. I know crazy, right?" Bonnie Exlcaimed. I rolled my eyes annoyed. Why I dont I get the cool powers?Until she realized Elena wasn't even listening because she was looking at the graveyard. "Elena! back in the car," She yelled. "Im sorry Bonnie you were telling me that--?" She asked. "That she's pysic now," I answered. "Then predict some about me." She said.
"I predict--" She started. We all gasped as Bonnie hit the breaks after we hit a crow. "Omg! Elena are you okay? It was like a crow or something it came out of nowhere." Bonnie stated out of breath. "Im fine, really, I cant be scared by cars the rest of my life." Elena answered. I smiled at her. "I predict this is year is gonna be kick ass. All the sad and dark times are gonna be over and you are gonna be beyond happy." Bon said. She smiled.

**At school**

"Ewh, look at the shower current on Kelly Beach, she looks a hot--can we still say tranny mess?" Bonnie Asked. "No, that's over," Elena answered. "Uh huh, find a man, coin a phrase, it's a busy year," I said giggling. We were walking past the office when I stopped them. "Woah, who is this?" I asked. "All I see is back," Elena stated. "That's a hot back," I replied smirking. Elena saw Jeremy go into the bathroom and followed him. "I'll see you guys later," She said. "Yeah im gonna go too," Bonnie stated. I nodded. "I'm gonna stay and see if the front is just as good as the back," I said curiously.

**3 minutes later**

He finally turned around and walked up to me. "So is the front just as good as the back?" He asked laughing. I looked at him surprised. "Was i really that loud?" I asked. He nodded. I laughed. "Im Jasmine," I smiled. "Im Stefan," He answered. "Well, Stefan I think this is gonna be the start of a beautiful friendship," I stated. He laughed. "I think so," He stated. The late bell rang. Crap. Tanner is gonna be pissed. "Can I see your schedule? Maybe we have the same classes." I said. He handed me it and I smiled. "We have all the same classes. You're about to be my ticket out of another detention," I said happy.

We walked in History late. "Jasmine, glad that you could join us," He stated clearly pissed. "I was showing him around," I lied Smoothly. "And you are?" He asked looking at Stefan. "Stefan Salvatore, sir," He replied. "Ahh, any relation to the Founding Family?" He asked curiously. "Distant," Stef replied. "Well both of you take a seat," He said strictly.

I watched as Stefan kept peeking glances at Elena. They would be so cute. I texted her "Hawt-e staring @ you." She looked at him and blushed.

We were all at the grill while Caroline was practically interrogating Stefan. "So Stefan, since you're new you dont know about the party tomorrow," She said.
"It's a back to school thing at the Falls," Bonnie stated. "Are you gonna be there?" Stef asked Elena. "Of course she is," I answered for her. I glanced at the pool table and saw Tyler standing over there. "I will see you guys later," I said getting up.

"Hey Ty, tryna lose in a game of pool?" I smirked.
He glanced at me and laughed. "I'd love to see you try," He said. After winning a total of 2 games me and Tyler were sitting at the bar and talking. Vicky came up to us and poured Ty a drink. "Can i get you anything else," She said "trying" to flirt. She eventually walked away. & I looked at Ty amused. "You and Vicki Donovan? Really Ty?" I said disgusted. "Hey judgy! It's not even really like that, although she thinks it is," He says. "Then tell her, nothing's worse than thinking you mean the world to somebody but in reality you dont," I said seriously. He nodded pondering it. "Can you take me home?" I asked him. "Yeah, let's go," He said.

I walked into the house and headed to my room changing into comfortable clothes. I was walking downstairs to get a snack until I suddenly felt enormous pain/ringing in my ears and then everything went dark.

I woke up in the hospital & looked around the room to see a nurse taking my blood. "What happend?" I asked. "You should wait until your parents come," she said. I nodded my head and waited til she left then I took out my IV and got dressed. Im getting out of here. There is no way im gonna be seen like this.

I was walking home when I heard something so I decided to pick up my pace and take a short cut into the woods. A twig snapped behind me so i slowly turned around and saw watery blue eyes staring back at me. He was crying. "Uhm hello?" I said confused. He said nothing. All of a sudden there were veins under his eyes. I gasped and stepped back but then my curiosity got the best of me and I stepped forward and cupped his face. "What are you?" I whispered.
"You're not afraid?" He asked. I shook my head no. "What are you?" I asked again. "Im a vampire," He stated simply. "Aren't you gonna run?" He asked. "Why would I? You wont hurt me," I said. "How do you know?" He questioned me with a sarcastic smirk. "Because I see you," I said sincerely and then I felt my eyes roll to the back of my head.
