Bubble Tea Shop

I was asleep when someone nudge on my elbow, trying to wake me up. It was my last hour of school and I fell asleep thirty minutes before school ended.

"Sonia time to go home now," the person said in a sweet voice. I looked up as I rubbed the sleepiness away from my eyes, it was Rebecca.

Rebecca and I usually don't talk much, just some small talk here and there, were not friends either. Another note I have no friends, I simple like it by myself, we'll talk because I don't want to get to attach to some people. Also I'm not an ordinary human girl, I'm a hybrid a mixture of a werewolf and vampire.

My mother was born of hybrid who was taken by force by a man of wolf blood. She then gave birth to me, her only child. When I was sixteen my mother was murder in front of me, but I never knew who the murderer was. I only know that he was of wolf blood. Ever since then I've been living with my uncle, he's also a hybrid, too.

I got up from my desk and gather my things. I noticed that there were some drool spots on my notes. I laughed at myself knowing that I don't drool that much. I thanked Rebecca and headed out of the school's main entrance. Sometimes after school I usually head to the tea shop, either to study or to have some alone time.

I have these abilities that I could almost control. I could convince people to do anything that I say, or change their mood like from angry to happy. Another one is I could summon fire, but not just red fire, like blue fire. The only way could do this is with my mother's blue crystal necklace, she told me it was an heirloom from her mother.

I can't really control my ability with fire yet, for example if I get frustrated or really angry I literally burn anything. That's another reason why I don't have friends, don't want to get anybody hurt. Funny I could change other people's moods but not mine.

I entered the tea shop and order a bubble tea. Bubble tea has been my favorite to drink especially after a long day at school. I sat in the corner of the shop with a small table for two.

I sat their waiting for my order to be brought over. In the mean time I pulled out my reading book, and started to study the vocabulary. My mind and eyes were locked onto studying when I smelled something weird in the shop.

There was nothing but ordinary humans in this shop, but I'm sure I could smell a wolf scent. I slowly inhale through my nose and this time it got stronger as if there were two wolves in the shop. The waitress came by and gave me my chocolate bubble tea.

I looked around the shop again, my eyes stop when I see a guy staring straight at me. His face was vanilla pale, dark brown hair, he looked tall almost like 5'9, and also looked very handsome with broad shoulders.

I averted my gaze from him and sipped on my tea. There was something about his eyes, I looked again only to see him sitting with another guy. This guy had blond hair, cute smile, broad shoulders as well, he looked shorter from the other guy.

I looked back at the first guy I saw earlier, the more I kept looking deep into his eyes, the more afraid I became. His eyes were of wolves, wolves have dark red shardes of glittering glass floating in their eyes. Only hybrids could tell the difference between wolf and a vampire just by looking into their eyes. If he's a wolf than that means the other guy must be a wolf, too.

I hurried and gathered my stuff. I didn't care if it was stuffed in my book bag all I know is I have to get out of this tea shop. I paid for my tea and was about to bolt out of the shop until I bumped into what felt like a brick wall. I fell back, but only to be caught in someone's arms. I stood up rubbing my head cause that person has a hard chest.

I turned around so I could thank the person who helped me. But my words did not come out due to the fact that it was the guy staring at me earlier.
