Chapter 1

I was walking up the mountain when I saw a hole in front of me. I almost fell into it. I almost had a death wish there. I wondered what was down there. I tried to walk slowly around the hole and I walked a little more up the moutain and I got to the top of the mountain. The view looked beautiful. I loved the way the clouds dusted across the sky. It was awesome. My phone rang. It was my mom, she said to come home. As I did so, I forgot the hole was there and I fell down to the bottom of the hole. 'Is this how I end?' I said to myself. I closed my eyes and I thought I was going to fall to my death when I felt something catch me. My eyes were still closed. My heart was racing. I opened my eyes and saw a cute skeleton. He was the one who caught me. I wanted to thank him but when I went to open my mouth he put his hand over my mouth. "No need to thank me. I'm Sans. Sans the skeleton. What's your name?" He said. "M-my name i-is Sophia." I said. "Hi Sophia that's a nice name." Sans said. His voice sounded soft and sweet. He finally put me on my feet. I saw that he had a little blue dusted across his cheeks. He was wearing a blue sweater with black shorts and he wore pink slippers. "So want to go where I live?" Sans said. I knodded. He grabbed my hand and led the way. We've probably been walking for an hour or so. We didn't say a thing at all as we walked.
