Why Me?

I was at my best friends house, not a single light was on in her room. She had gone to sleep a few hours ago. It was six in the morning and everyone, of course, was asleep. I cracked the door or my room just enough so i could slip my petite body through and sneak off into the room next door. A tv lit the room, the light shining upon his face his eyes locked with mine. we were quiet, looking at each other, we yearned for each others touch. Quickly i look away and begin studying the wall closely. suddenly i felt two arms wrapped around my waist pulling me away from the center of the room into a bed. I smiled as soft giggles filled the air. My arm was wrapped over the front of his torso, his thumb grazing my arm. I looked up to him, his eyes fixed on the television. I could help but smile at how the colorful lights flashed upon his face changing the shadows. He looked down eyeing my face, a small smirk appeared on his lips turning into a small smile. His hand brushed upon my cheek, moving the hair from my face revealing my facial structure.
I looked away nuzzling into his palm. Suddenly I felt the heat between us. A sheet, all that was between our tangled legs seemed to radiate the heat between our bodies. He leaned a bit closer to me, his face inches away from mine. I studied his features. His sharp jawline, perfectly defined cheeks, but his eyes. His eyes glimmered and twinkled in the light through his brown eyes gaze. His lips had parted ever so slightly. It almost seemed too good to be true, much like a dream that was destined to never become reality. I could feel my heart beating slow. It was calming to just lay there, the two of us never spoke. We had an unspoken desire for each other, a secret that lips would never tell.
