I groaned listening to my third lecture from Grandma Tsunade. "Grandma can I go now it's not my fault Konohamaru spray painted the statue" I said smug.

"But I can't help but believe you were an influence for him to deface the great Hokages" , I squinted my eyes "what are you trying to say Grandma"

"I'm saying in your days at the academy Iruka always caught you doing the same so the apple doesn't fall far from the tree!"

"I was a troubled youth" I turned my head to the side avoiding her glare "don't you think Konohamaru is the one who deserves this lecture not me",

"Well I suppose even a nuckle head like yourself can have an influence , but I called you here to give you a mission" she said I looked around noticing I was the only one in the room.

A mission to myself I knew I was getting stronger my hard work was paying off I smiled.

"Your mission is to watch Hinata Hyuga til Neji and Her father gets back for  four weeks" my smile dropped.

"You mean to tell me I have to babysit a girl who's my age, I don't mean to sound like Shikamaru here but what a drag" I pouted.

"Well you can either babysit a Conrad or clean a pigsty your choice" , "I'll take Hinata but she's just as strong as me why babysit someone who can take care of herself" I questioned her

"Well. Long story short there's been rumors going around she's being targeted by a stranger and with Neji and Her father and sister who is off visiting relatives easy hit at night at least well easy hit period" I nodded at Tsunades' words

"And besides" she had a evil smile on her face, "I think this is a great opportunity to get to know your conrad now be gone".

"You may be the hokage and all Grandma but no need to be a cranky old lady" , her eye twitched

"What did you say?" She questioned as a vein popped out of her forehead "uh nothing it was nothing I swear" I waved my hands simultaneously.

"Old lady huh!" "Wait Grandma please!!" I shielded my face .

I put my hands behind my head walking home. Usually I would be walking with Kiba or someone but they all seemed gone today.

The village seemed so empty expect for a few towns people since I've turned sixteen the glares and harsh words have stopped.

Nobody views me as a monster really or at least say it out loud anymore, I used to be horrible but I'll still prove that I'll be the best Hokage.believe it!

I arrived home pushing some empty cartons of ramen to the side going in, I should pack. I grabbed some clothes my toothbrush.

And put it in my orange bag . And headed over to Hinatas' place.

Note to self never call grandma old to her face. I knocked on the main door of the Hyuga complex. One month of babysitting huh. I scratched my head knocking again.

Slowly the door open revealing a sleep deprived Hinata. I could tell she just got up

"Naruto" she spoke lazily it was a little late I was taken a back how she didn't stutter on my name as usual.

"hey Hinata" I gripped the bag on my back "I'm guessing Ts..unade told you huh.." she stumbled now looking at me that's the hinata I knew always stuttering talking to me

she never did that with anyone else.

"She sure did" I noticed her cheeks becoming a shade of pink I moved her raven hair to get a better look.

"Hey Hinata what wrong with your face" as I got closer the subtle pink turned into a deep red. And she fainted. I chuckled shaking my head holding her in my arms this is going to be a long month.
