"Brier !, where you at?!" Sam called. Samuel was his full name. Brier was his best friend and right then, they were playing at the park. To be more specific an abandoned park and the sun was setting soon. Brier loved pranking people and he was sure that she was going to prank him at anytime now-

" Sam, Sam!" he heard her scream. He ran to where the screams were coming. All he saw was a shadow and was that blood? Then from behind him she jumped and screamed. He let out a yelp and she fell to the ground laughing. He was getting ready the whole time and when he let down his guard for one minute he gets attacked.

"I am so sorry SAM!" She was gasping for air, trying to breathe.

"I mean you should've seen the look on your face. You also screamed like a girl."

When he was about to say something, when he remembered what he saw.

"Wait, Oceana? I don't know if you saw but look..." He showed her where he saw the shadow had gone and what he presumably thought was blood. She had a look on her face that said that she was terrified. I told her that everything was going to be fine. We followed down the trail. When they had gone to end a shadowed figure appeared. The voice was deep, when it came to my face I didn't know what to do so I punched the figure.

"Owwwwwwwwww, See what you get me into Brier!" the kid said.

"MATEOOO, You only agreed and I gave you directions. By agreeing you have to follow the term of my contract an -" she was cut off and looked surprised.

"What contract? I never signed anything. That's one and Two my name is Matthew not Mateo or you're elementary school name for me."

"One mister you gave me explicit permission that I could call you whatever I wanted because I am your best friend and Sam too."

She walked away into the path they had come from.

"What took you guys so long, I have been waiting for like hours, You guys are lucky that I don't have homework" she ran off onto her skateboard

"Wait up" Matthew and I both yelled.
