The Diary of Harold Clatworthy

Hello reader i hope you are enjoing my diary so far it has not been very interesting  till now , i have just received some amazingly great news the news of which is that i am through to the army i am going to fight for my home country the one i love and the one i care for .When i first got the news my mother started crying and not in a happy way she is afraid i am going to hurt myself like lose a limb or worse lose my life i told her i would be careful  but she still didn't want me to go .  The only problem was , was that i had my heart set on this since i was a little boy ! see my father was in the army and i always wanted to be just like him when i got older my mother told me great stories about him and now she regrets telling them. My father died when i was the age of 3 years old he died on the battle feild which was his dream to die for his country and now its mine. The only reason my mother doesn't like the fact i am in the army like my father is because she is scared that she is going to lose me like she lost  him. I have two little sister one the age or 10 years old whoms name is Rosie and another which is only 2 years old whoms name is Lilly named after my Gran the eldest of the children would be Dylan  he is 23 years old and getting married. I am only 18 years of age i am named after my father Harold Clatworthy being named after my father made me want to fight for my country even more than ever. Being a Clatworthy is the best thing in the whole wide world because my farther and grandfarther were both known to be the best army cadets ever so once i start training and they read my name they will know who i am and my family history and hopeful expect the best from me and hopefully i am the best .
