"Take What's Yours and Leave!!"

Third Person POV (side note Gajeel and Levy are already a couple and live together in this one-shot)

"I HATE YOU!!" Levy ran to her room, opened the door and slammed it behind her. She sank to the floor and began to cry. 'Stupid! Stupid stupid stupid!' Levy thought to herself angrily. 'I knew it....Gajeel was cheating on me with Juvia!!' She sobbed harder. This past month Gajeel had been talking to Juvia a lot more than usual. Whenever she was near Juvia and Gajeel, they would stop talking and focus on something else.

~flashback to earlier today~

Juvia giggled as Gajeel whispered in her ear. Levy sighed. She tried to focus on her book but was annoyed with Juvia's constant giggles. Levy finally snapped and stormed over to them, slamming her book down on a table nearby.

"Gajeel and Juvia! Can you PLEASE take your conversation elsewhere!! You're both distracting me and I would like to read my book in PEACE."

Gajeel and Juvia stopped for a moment, then looked at her, astonished.

"Juvia and Gajeel are sorry for disturbing you, Levy," Juvia said quietly,"We shall go somewhere else."

She took Gajeel's arm and both of them walked out of the guild. Levy felt a pang of guilt in her chest but she ignored it. She grabbed her book from the table and sat down on a bench, heaving a deep sigh.

"What's wrong, Levy-chan?"

Levy turned around and saw her best friend, Lucy Heartfillia. Lucy had a worried expression on her face.

Levy sighed. "Oh...nothing Lu-chan. It's nothing."

Lucy rolled her eyes and sat down next to the bookworm. "Levy-chan....I know you. Something is obviously bothering you. Now spill. What happened?"

Levy said nothing.

Lucy clicked her tongue and said,"It's Gajeel isn't it? What did he do? Do I need to beat his ass?" She cracked her knuckles in a supposedly threatening way.

Levy laughed a little. "No Lu-chan, you don't need to beat him up."

Lucy sighed and asked,"Is it Gajeel? What happened?"

Levy said quietly,"It's nothing. Seriously. It's nothing."

Lucy got up and exclaimed,"So it is Gajeel's fault! I'm going to find him and demand him to tell me what's going on!" She stormed out of the guild, fuming.

Levy face palmed.

~end of flashback~

She wiped her tears and slowly got up from the floor.

Later, Lucy had told her that she caught Gajeel holding a present and Juvia and Gajeel hugging. When Gajeel came home with a huge grin on his face, Levy had confronted him.

"ARE YOU CHEATING ON ME WITH JUVIA?!" Levy yelled at Gajeel.

His face went pale from shock. "What are ya talkin' about, Shrimp? I just...."

Levy interrupted him. "Oh! I know alllll about you and JUVIA. Of course she's better than me! She's prettier and much more curvier than me!"

Gajeel growled and exclaimed,"IT'S NOT WHAT YA THINK LEVY!!!!"

Levy just screamed,"I HATE YOU!!!"

Now, in her current situation, Levy just landed on her bed, facedown, still sobbing.

She heard a knock on her door.

"Go away! Leave me alone!" Levy yelled at the door.

The door opened and Gajeel crept inside slowly, walking toward her.

"Shrimp...let me explain...."

Levy shook her head and sat up on her bed, rubbing her eyes. She pointed at Gajeel angrily.

"Just get out! TAKE WHAT'S YOURS AND GET OUT OF THIS HOUSE!!!"

Gajeel stopped walking. "Fine. I'll get what's mine and get out."

Levy got up from her bed and began to walk to the door. Just as she reached for the doorknob, Levy felt two hands grab her waist and hoist her into the air. Gajeel placed Levy on his right shoulder on her stomach and put one hand by his side. Levy turned her head slightly and looked at Gajeel, squirming.

"Gajeel!!! What are you doing?! I said to take what's yours and leave!" He just grinned.

"Gihi. I know what ya said Shrimp. I'm taking what is mine."

Levy stopped, his words processing in her head.

"Gajeel....." Levy blushed, still looking at Gajeel.

"Gihihihihihihi. Took ya that long to understand? Thought ya were smart." Gajeel smirked.

The two stared at each other, Levy a blushing mess and Gajeel a victor.

Levy broke the silence.

"So...you're not cheating on me with Juvia?"

He snorted. "No. She's obsessed over Gray, remember? I was just askin Juvia for help."

".....Help with what?" Levy whispered.

Gajeel said nothing for a few minutes.

"....help with finding you an anniversary present...." He mumbled.

Levy was shocked. "You....remembered?"

"Oi! Of course I would remember! I've been dating the most beautiful and wonderful girl for three years now! How could I possibly forget?"

Levy giggled. "So, this afternoon when you went shopping with Juvia, it was to buy a present for me?"

Gajeel smiled. "Yea, and ya need to tell Bunny girl to learn how to hide better. Gihi."

Levy blushed again. "You knew about that?"

Gajeel nodded. "Yea. Hey, I need to show ya yer present. He began walking to the door, still carrying Levy.

"Um, you know I could just walk with you right? So can you please put me down?"

"Gihi. No way. I'm enjoyin' the view." Gajeel slapped her butt.

Levy squealed. "GAJEEL!!!!"

"I regret nothin...."
