You would think that the powerless are like muggles, correct? Well you would be wrong. The powerless don't ponder and make myths about the powerful. They don't know they exist. The powerless live under the rule of the powerful, but don't know it. Do you know who elects the president? The powerful do. All the presidents are powerfuls. They gather all powerfuls in the world and send them to city hall, under surveillance of course. They ones who have more and better powers hold more votes. For example, someone with the intelligence power holds 3 votes. Someone with anger only holds 1 vote.
The powerless are told everyday how to live by the powerful. The powerless think this is their life. That they control themselves. That's not true. Whenever someone dies before the age of 50, it's mostly the count of a powerful. Each powerless gets assigned a powerful. Unless that powerful is locked up....
