I woke up to the sound of my alarm. I got out of bed and turned it off, then I put on some clothes and put my hair in a ponytail. I walked out of my house with my phone, jacket, and sunglasses. My friends were waiting outside for me.
Meet my friends: Laurens, Herc, and Hamilton. They have been my friends since forever. I got in the car and I was smothered by very loud greetings, I shook off the unsettling feeling in my stomach and answered them back with a smile.
When we got to school, I sat on a bench which, fortunately for me was the furthest seat from Jefferson and Hamilton fighting, but it was just as loud.
I checked my phone to see that Burr texted me.
Burr,sir: hey Lafayette, wanna grab a coffee?
Baguette: yea sure meet me where you hear the yelling
Burr,sir: where Hamilton and Jefferson are fighting?
Baguette: yep
Burr,sir : ok give me 3 mins
I put a emoji, so he knew I read it, I sat there and checked through my Twitter while I waited for Burr.
