the task at hand (failed?)

I placed my forehead on the glass no longer careing if it was bleeding or not.

I was in so much shock from what just happened that the world turned pitch black. Like the world just died or time stopped completely.

I remember... it's kinda hazy but clear enough to see. We were fighting someone. I can't remember who that someone was but he had a mask on his face.

And it was only Sasuke and me fighting the masked ma . We were losing. And nine tails had no more chakra left.

Then it was black, but I remember my eyes opening and I saw the masked man carrying Sasuke.

My ears caught something along the lines of "I'm taking my reward elsewhere and I'm gonna have some well deserved fun." As he turned to me and winked.

I woke up just a couple minutes ago and deep within me I had a feeling of lost.

My blood started sliding down the glad and it cracked. That's when it hit me and I knew what was lost.

I just lost Sasuke

And then everything went black.

(But I will find him that is my promise. Sasuke you better not be hurt, cause if you are I won't be able to control myself.)

"Naruto....", huh?who is that?"Naruto...",who's calling my name?"Naruto are you okay,can you hear me?"

I opened my eyes and Kakashi was bent down beside me holding my upper body up so the blood would stop rushing to my head.

"Naruto do you know who I am?", was that suppose to be a trick question because I'm not that stupid.

"Kakashi Sensei?...."

"Jesus you have me a heart attack, I thought you were a gonner. Do you know where Sasuke is?", I stared at him while processing the question. My eyes widened and I jumped to my feet.

"Owowowoww," I yelped in pain as the blood rushed to my head and I fell into Kakashi's grasp.

"Naruto don't move you are severely wounded, even 9 tails doesnt have the strength to restore you back to health."

My eyes began to water and I curled up in a ball to hide myself from the world.

"I lost the battle,.. (sniff) I lost my love Kakashi what do I do, I've lost everything"

Kakashi picked me up bridal style and headed for the hidden leaf hospital.

(No 1 p.o.v.)

Kakashi kicked the door open and yelled " Someone help we have a minor head injury and his losing conscious"

Sakura ran out of a room and gasped at the sight she saw.

Naruto was beaten up horrifically and had not just a minor head injury but a major head injury.

(Naruto's p.o.v.)

"... Bring Naruto over here Kakashi Sensei!!" Sakura waved over in her direction.

The last thing I saw was Sakura crying because I was losing to much blood from the head and was on the brick of death.

I woke up in a hospital room with wire attached to my forehead. As I gained my vision I looked around and I saw Kakashi and Sakura.

"Sniff..." My nose was stuffed.

"Kakashi Naruto's awake," Sakura nudged Kakashi so he would wake up.

I looked straight at the wall in front of me and was switched over to 9 tails.

"Listen to me Kakashi, Sasuke was taken by a masked man, no we don't know who the masked man is we just know that he took Sasuke, saying something like he was the reward."

"Why are you telling us this why isn't Naru...", Sakura was cut off", Because Naruto is too devastated to even think properly. If Naruto was able to do it than why am I talking to you.

Now Naruto has entrusted me with his secret but I'm about to betray that trust because you need to know why he is so devastated about this.

The reason is because Naruto just realized he loves Sasuke. Now I know you may not like it, especially you Sakura, but this is one of Naruto's toughest times. Whatever you do, don't let Naruto find Sasuke because I have a feeling that if he finds out that they have hurt Sasuke, he will unleash me and I will have no choice but to do his will. Do you understand?"

Both Kakashi and Sakura nodded there heads and excepted the task at hand.
